      Broken portal with AdvancedMD = No new clients I attempted to set up an EHR with this company and at the end of the set-up, when I was ready to go live, I discovered that the portal did not work to connect prospective patients to me. I spent weeks trying to resolve this issue with the company and was told that it was my computer, my Internet, my firewall... I reported the issue of a broken portal multiple times to numerous IT and other AdvancedMD staff with no resolution to the issue. The portal only worked when I had 5 bars for Internet connectivity in a nearby city. As a telehealth provider, I expect many of my prospective patients to be living in rural environments without access to care and will likely also have imperfect Internet connectivity. Because of this serious defect in this EHR service, I canceled the contract with AdvancedMD and have found another EHR provider with a more robust portal. AdvancedMD would not give a refund for the thousands of dollars I had already paid into a non-functional system and continued to bill monthly until the one year contract was finished.

      Thank you for providing the information in the review. I have spoken to the Implementation Consultant that you worked with and they confirmed that they attempted to duplicate the error and were not able to replicate it with you on the line. They requested a follow up using different computers and never received a response. On the follow up call on 10/4 the office key was signed off on and implementation was completed. We do have a one year contract and the Implementation was completed and the office key created. We wish you the best with your new EHR and success for your practice.

      **RED FLAG.**Everyone I talked to, which was restricted to sales, couldn't answer basic software accessibility questions, wouldn't provide a related demo and couldn't help me before I agreed to purchase the software. When I brought up accessibility laws, they shunted me to their legal team. This is a red flag to any large company or government purchaser.

      *********** is a horrible system and is NOT what was sold to our clinic via the salesperson that we worked with. They said that their system was compatible with our small clinic and would reduce our workload, but it did not, far from it. Over the past year, we were constantly on the phone with their customer service reps, who were sometimes rude and talked down to us. We had very simplistic requests from the software and ***********; neither would work the way we were told they should. We were given the run-around time and again. When we requested to speak with the one person we believed in, *********** would not allow us to talk to her unless we paid for her. All the way down to cancelling our contract with them, they once again dropped the ball. I received an invoice in my email today after the finalization regarding the cancelation. I called the accounting department and low and behold they had not discontinued the invoicing and they were planning on collecting the monthly fees. This is just one example of how *********** does business and I certainly would not recommend them to anyone. This company says that they will listen to your needs and tailor their product and service to meet those needs, but this is in my opinion just not so.

      Overall, my experience with AdvancedMD has been awful. I come from a client-facing background so I tried to be very nice and joke around with the staff because I know how hard their jobs can be. I let it slide when a few people in the meetings were not paying attention and answered questions wrong. I thought the answers that they were wrong about were not red flags. I wish I trusted my gut and realized if they were wrong about little things, they are probably wrong about big things. My wife was either mislead or the sales rep was incompetent. We realized that very quickly into the onboarding training. Now that we want out of our contract, they are threatening to charge us with a 3-month buyout. When I ask for the buyout breakdown since we only have done 2 trainings, they do not answer. I wish I saved a lot of time and mental stability and gone with a different vendor.

      We have used *** for 10+ years. Over the last 3 years, I have watched the company reorganize its resources and those changes have resulted in more significant product changes and communication. This has helped to make the product stronger. I am looking forward to continued expansion in their support, professional services, and development teams to allow for more custom reporting to be made accessible and in a timely manner.

      I am the Practice Manager for a Pediatric ************ want to give a "SHOUT OUT" to any Practice looking to change ************* company. I wish I could give this company, AdvancedMD and their employees higher marks, because I definitely would! Our Practice was experiencing horrible service on claims submission, coding, customer service and everything that went with it - the pricing for this inept service was outrageous as well. After 2 yrs. of trying to work with our prior company, I had to make the decision to change EMR/ EHR companies - after looking at many solutions, AdvancedMD stood out above them all, they were truly the whole package! One price, no add-ons, no hidden ************ Implementation/On-boarding team was OUTSTANDING! While it is taking a minute to get everything changed over (after 12 yrs with the one vendor) - it is going well. With *** our employees' received explementary training, that spanned approx. 4 to 6 weeks on each module, plus they have a phenomenal training library, both video & written, if you need brush-**** The *** group (RCM) has been so helpful & timely in establishing our new connections to our Payors - I just cannot say enough good things about this Company and it's employees! They are well worth your time to talk to!

      My company has used AdvancedMD going on 4 years now. I have used several other software systems and AdvancedMD is by far the most user friendly! I have no problem training any new staff members on how to use it! Their customer service is top notch and I feel like I can reach out to them any time I need anything. I would highly recommend AdvancedMD to anyone in the market for a new billing software!

      I have been an AdvancedMD user for 16 years. I have used many other practice management systems and I choose AdvancedMD over any other. I have multiple reasons I prefer AdvancedMD starting with customer support. This company still has live representatives that troubleshoot your issue. I have been given a dedicated support team that is always thorough in their research and their diligence either gives me a complete resolution with a fix that prevents future issues of the same sort and/or their diligence creates an enhancement request that actually gets implemented. AdvancedMD is really great at meeting the user at that users comfort level for giving feedback and/or learning of new features and training on them. We can provide feedback directly to a support person, we are invited to forums to discuss features and feedback live with other users, we also get scheduled meetings with relationship managers to provide our feedback and can attend multiple webinars for features being rolled out. No matter your preferred way to have your needs heard and met, AdvancedMD has created a way to meet that need. Other features that make AdvancedMD my preferred system is their process for claim review, submission and full claim resolution. There are multiple features that allow for efficiencies in claim review, submission, denial resolution and reports to track the claim status, manage employees, manage workflows and track and manage key performance indicators.  There is not a question concerning trends with payers, procedure codes, denial types that I can't answer with the different reports available. My clients and employees have easy ways to monitor the financial "levers" that impact a practices financial health and can get answers to drive decisions and actions easily from the reports or modules available.  Having AdvancedMD as our partner gives us an advantage above our competitors. We are grateful to all the AdvancedMD team members for their commitment and expertise.
