            On July 22, 2023 about 5:30 I stopped at Ray's Go-Fer in Tooele to tank up my car. As I started to fill a significant leak developed at the handle swivel joint. I attempted to reduce the leak by lifting up on hose but to my dismay the entire hose separated and continued to pump fuel. I ran into the convenience store and told an employee to hit the emergency stop. After the flow stopped two employees came out with some absorbent material and poured that on the spill. I pulled over to another pump and filled up. It was needless to say a terrifying situation! A few days later I noticed on my Visa account that there was two charges from Ray's, one of which was the charge for the spilled fuel ($21.13, about 5 gal fuel). After attempting to contact Ray's by phone, by letter and social media I have yet to hear anything. The malfunctioning pump was their responsibility not mine! All I'm asking is a return of the $21.13 to my Visa
