I have had numerous deliveries of broken furniture each time needing to take time off of work and losing pay to be home. The delivery team is mostly awful with the exception of maybe a couple guys. The first trip they brought out my couch where it didn't align and the chairs with usb ports that didn't work, then the replacement couch still was defective x2 more times, the times they brought out replacement chairs they all had problems from being dropped, ripped fabric, making awful noise when raising it up, greased stain from the truck and broken in some way. Not to mention one crew ******* to get the old set out and not taking the back of the chair off, they tried to manuver the chair out the door and damaged my drywall while making the corner. I've been on the phone numerous times to get my order exchanged and correct. They finally got my couch replaced but chairs were on back order, so I had to wait. In the meantime, for my trouble after so many trips with broken furniture and problems they gave me a discount.After not hearing from them about the chairs and having damaged loaners with tags still on them, I contacted the store and they are trying to say it's been more than 14 days so they won't exchange it. So I can either have my discount or the exchange not both. The corporate office says no, it's part of the original problem and that my exchange should be fulfilled. The ******* store has not fulfilled their agreement. The management team is a bunch of liars retracting on their word to discount due to my bad experience. No one fulfills what they say they will do. They look in the computers and say they have no record of conversations I've had with corporate office, yet corporate office has said that they have the records and notes. Corporate office said they would have someone reach out to me about my chairs as of a couple weeks ago and no one called.I spent almost 3k to have broken damaged products delivered to my home and no one fulfilling the agreement.R.C. We wanted a tv stand for my sisters new business she is opening tomorrow . We asked for the floor model because of the urgency of the whole situation. They said since there is one left at another location across town we would have to go get that one . We ventured across town to pick up the unit and when we got to her business to assemble the unit it was damaged ! We took it back the next day to the original RC ******* that we went to and told them our situation and our sales man ***** said that they still wont part with the floor model . You had the chance to be a hero to someones day who is taking a big leap as a new business owner and added more stress to an already stressful day !! I purchased a kitchenaide suite for my 2020 kitchen remodel along with the extended warranties on all appliances. On 9/12/22 Ninelives appliance replaced many parts on my brand new fridge after many parts failed to work. I noticed a gray sticky substance on the floor and had informed ******** the technician at that time but I had cleaned it up not associating it with the fridge failure. In October 2023, I noticed the fridge was not operating as it should again and the sticky substance is again present. The technician did not know what it was and replaced parts again. On 3/29/24, I pulled the fridge out again and the sticky substance in still leaking from the fridge side bottom door/panel. Lake Appliance technician arrived and took pictures of the sticky substance but said since the fridge is operational at this time that he could not do anything and maybe the leak could be plugged. ***** from RC Willey called shortly after *** from Lake Appliance left and said the issue is cosmetic. This is unsatisfactory and unacceptable. What is the leaking substance? I believe it is why the fridge is failing operationally each year. Paying a significant amount for furniture and relying on a warranty, you'd expect to be taken care of. Unfortunately, R C ***** has the worst customer care I've experienced. I've been treated unfairly and regret purchasing my couch from them. I'll be sure to warn others not to use their business. It's clear they don't value your hard-earned money.R.C. Im moving from ********** to ****** with my girlfriend and we bought a mattress from the company website, to be delivered a few days before the move, so we have a place to sleep upon arrival. Because Im not going to be there on the day that the product its supposed to be delivered, I asked if my cousin, who lives next door, could pick up the mattress instead of me.Because of this request, my purchase was marked as fraud, so I was forced to go in person to the store, reconfirm my purchase, get a $100 discount for the inconvenience and set up a new delivery date. I get everything ready for that day and all of a sudden, during the delivery time window that I got via text from the company, I get called by somebody else(still from the company) saying that I never payed for that mattress.What really happened is that I was processed a refund (that appeared on my account the same day of the supposed delivery), but nobody told me, so I was getting emails and text from one department, confirming purchase, delivery date and all the details, while another department literally cancelled the order without notice. So my girlfriend and I ended up not having a place to sleep upon arrival.The funny thing is that I still have the receipt of my purchase that was given me the day I went in store, with an email that thanks me for the purchase(while somebody else actually cancelled my order and I was also accused by an employee of not having payed for my mattress.WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, thank you for having to sleep on a floor for a few days when Ill get to ******.R.C. We have made several expensive purchases from the ***** store. We could not be happier with the service, quick problem resolution, expertise and speed of delivery and installation staff and process, and their commitment to our satisfaction. We are older. I have disabilities that make certain beds so very painful. The furniture manager worked with us to exchange, and the Luxe Adapt Soft we ended up with is perfect. We are so happy. With their special customer plan, for 99 dollars we had every delivery and exchange without a fee for a year. That covered delivery and installation of a set of ** top rated front loader w/d. It even covered installation of the low pedestals for disability that I ordered afterward. This enables me to do laundry while in a chair, wonderful! The w/d are fantastic! I love them. Then we had a tv we bought there go out. We had an extended warranty. Within a week, we had it checked out by their video repair company and found that the board went out. We were able to pay an upgrade price difference and had a new tv delivered and installed within days! Everything we ordered was delivered within a few days by wonderfully nice people. Our experience was so good that I came here to report their great service and products. It helps to buy their better products, too. And the extended warranty. Turns out tv lifespans arent what they used to be. RC Willey is the only place we will shop for mattresses, appliances, tvs, and hopefully a grandfather clock someday! So I bought a new dishwasher and I bought the extended warranty, including parts. Not even a year after purchasing the dishwasher I had to file a claim And of course they dont cover that part along with many other parts when I was talking to the salesman of course hes telling me something completely different. Hi Laef! I apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced. Our extended warranties mirror the manufacturer warranties and, unfortunately, the manufacturers do not cover dishwasher racks. The manufacturers consider those cosmetic. I would recommend calling our extended warranty department at ************ if you would like more information on what is and is not covered by your extended warranty.Review from Harold F

Getting an extended warranty doesnt mean anything to rc. Try getting things fixed is a joke. Been without our tv since superbowl day. Dont talk to ***** about the warranty. He will blow smoke up just to get you off the phone. Calling about it is just delaying what we need done. Its been two weeks 2-26-2023. Havent heard anything pertaining to get the problem fixed. So think twice about getting things taken care of. As I have read from other reviews. They want the money and not the customers appreciation for their business. Be carefulR.C. We purchased a dishwasher and a package called install. However, we didnt realize that the install meant additional hardware for installing the dishwasher. It was not clear so when the dishwasher arrived, they dumped it in the front of our house and we had to get it in place and install it ourselves, they did not take away the old dishwasher, it is still sitting in ********** with us, trying to figure out what to do with it. Weve had the new dishwasher, a Bosch, for three months now, and it stopped working. It gave us an error code. We called RC Willey , and they said we had to call *****. Long story short, that was over a month ago and the dishwasher still is not repaired. RC Willey does not care about us just our money.R.C. Willey Home Furnishings Response

Thank you for the review and feedback on this. We apologize you have had a negative and inconvenient experience with us. With products like Dishwashers they require a separate type of installation that costs an additional fee that has a certified team come out and install the Appliance for you. In regard to the error code, unfortunately that will have to be fixed by the Manufacturer while it is still within their Warranty and we are not equipped to do Appliance repairs at this time.
