    I am writing to file a formal complaint against Doba Dropshipping regarding an issue I have encountered with their services. Mid last week, I inadvertently subscribed to Doba's services via their Shopify app. Upon realizing the accidental subscription, I promptly reached out to Doba's customer service team and uninstalled the Shopify app. I was assured by Doba's representatives that I would receive an update regarding the refund process within 24 hours several times. However, despite their assurances, I have yet to receive any communication regarding the refund. To my dismay, I discovered that I have been charged $60 for a service that I did not even utilize. Furthermore, Doba did not grant me access to the subscription that I inadvertently purchased. This situation feels unjust and resembles nothing short of robbery. As a consumer, I should not be charged for a service that I did not intend to use, especially when all necessary steps were taken to rectify the accidental subscription promptly. I demand a full refund of the $60 charged to my account by Doba Dropshipping. Additionally, I wish to terminate any further business relations with Doba Dropshipping. I do not wish to engage with a company that demonstrates such negligence and disregard for its customers. I trust that the Better Business Bureau will investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action to ensure that Doba Dropshipping addresses my concerns promptly. I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to a swift resolution. Thank you for your time and assistance.

    I lost my Amazon dropshipping business because of them.Their stock sync system is not working properly.I linked my amazon store to their system for stock and order synchronization, then I received multiple orders through amazon and placed the order on doba.com for fulfillment but the items didnt get shipped, after a week they still didnt ship and cancelled my orders stating that items were out of stock, I was late and had to cancel the orders on amazon and because this, Amazon suspended my account.If the items were out of stock, it should have been updated on their system and I shouldnt be able to place an order. I sent them and email explaining the situation, they didnt even apologize. Not recommending.

My name is *******, and I am the head of the Customer ******************** here at ************************ took some time to review your entire situation, and I am very sorry for the damage that the cancelled orders did to your store. I do see that you had contacted us back in ******* regarding the orders. My team lead is the person who you had spoken with via email, I do see that he did apologize to you and gave you the most up to date information that we had received from our fulfillment team at the time. I do agree that more could have been done from our end in regards to the store situation, however once you asked for your refund on the orders and my team lead confirmed the refund on the orders, you did not continue to ask for help or guidance on how to resolve the issue with Amazon. We do provide authorization letters that will help amazon unsuspend accounts, we could also have given you additional free time while you worked out the issue with amazon that was caused by the cancelled orders. ******* was a trying time for Doba as we had launched a new website about a year prior, and ******* 2022 was when we were attempting to migrate all of the suppliers from our Legacy site to our new interface. It was messy, and caused a lot of problems for not only the customers but internally as well.Since this problem was 9 months ago, there isnt a lot that I can do for you now, but I do see that you were charged back in ******* for a 3 month Subscription that ended in March. I refunded the ***** back to the card it was charged on, and sent you a refund receipt confirming. Again, I do apologize for the way you felt that we did not have empathy for you and your situation - I do set my team to a high standard and I do like to get involved in issues like this to rectify them not only with the customer, but to use it as a teaching moment for all of my employees to ensure it does not happen again.Should you feel you want to give Doba a try again, I am happy to give you some free time to play around with the system and view the suppliers. We have grown and improved immensely since *******, additionally we have brought on a lot of new suppliers, and have gotten rid of the suppliers who have high cancellation rates.
