              Had Been a customer for 3 years. I told them I had moved and would not be returning. They then tried to charge 2x the agreed upon price. I have mailed them a check for the amount agreed upon and they cashed it but they have now sent me to collections and won’t answer any of my calls or emails for more information. I’ve requested all previous bills because it started at $60 then went to $90 which I was fine with but the final bill they tried charging $180 because I told them I moved. They’re also trying to charge me saying my partner didn’t show up. She was there with me but didn’t receive services because they changed the price. They put a $50 charge on my account for something that’s not true and it’s also not even me. The name is now Blueetree Family Dental. It’s the same place and staff as Save Dental in Bountiful but changed the name. I’m wondering if it’s because of these issues. I sent them a check for $95 more than I’d ever paid. I wrote agreed upon price on the check. They cashed this check.
