93 year old wanted to cancel HelpCloud as I don't use the computer. VERY DIFFICULT to cancel...one person tried to keep me on, then said someone else will call me back....2 hours later someone called and was STILL trying to keep my account going. VERY DIFFICULT to cancel. I truly think they are preying on elderly with this service!!!DO NOT RECOMMEND!!**********HelpCloud, LLC Response

We're sorry to hear you did not like your experience with us at HelpCloud. We have some internal workflows which require a call back for cancellation requests. Our main customer service team is unable to handle those situations. Because of this we give a window for a return call to be made to you to process that request.
