      Since they were purchased by ************** their customer service has sucked. They are extremely difficult to work with. They offloaded their service group to *******, **. The local employees can't even help you with customer service issues, you have to call in to the national line where they clearly use obstructionist tactics. They just started auto billing people's CC without permission. I know of several now that had to call to stop it. This is fraud. They commit fraud. Do not go there. Avoid.

      Around 10 around January the 5th in ************ On Creekside I went through the car hush and it ripped my side view mirror off I filed a claim and I have not been contacted yet they haven't called I called them They said they were gonna look into it and I still never heard back

      My roof rack and storage were torn off my car on September 4, 2021 causing more than $7000 in damages. Wiggy Wash admitted fault and guaranteed that they would file a claim with their insurance and it would be resolved quickly and professionally. They then spent the next 7 months ignoring my emails, refusing to provide updates OR their insurance information, and stating that they were not to blame for the long wait because insurance claims can take several months.The owner of Wiggy Wash finally provided their insurance information and told me to "reach out to them to coordinate a resolution" myself ONLY after I threatened to take legal action in March 2022. When I contacted the insurance company, I learned that Wiggy Wash submitted the claim 2 WEEKS before they sent me their insurance information (more than 200 days after the incident). I have countless emails from Wiggy Wash customer service, a district manager, and an owner proving that they were lying by omission and/or blatantly lying from September 2021, through the beginning of March 2022. In the end, I resolved the claim by myself with their insurance company in less than 3 weeks. I honestly believe that their goal was to waste my time by giving me the run around until I gave up or went through my own insurance company. The way Wiggy Wash "handles" claims is not ethical or in good faith and customers need to be aware.I was a frequent customer for 2 years, but I will not be returning.

      Filed a claim with this after noticing a scratch on my car following the car wash. I submitted a report the same day and received an email the following day stating they reviewed everything and no damage was caused by their car wash. I emailed back multiple times requesting evidence/video proof of my car entering and exiting the car wash to confirm the damage wasn't caused by their car wash. I never received a response back. This is not cool! If the damage was already there then a simple picture or video will suffice.

      Wiggy Wash failed to remove ice for the exit of their car wash, my vehicle side into a curb and Wiggy Wash is refusing to pay for my vehicle repairs. The team leader, *** took responsibility and now the company is refusing to pay and stated in an email "you are welcome to take me to small claims court". Not a company I want to be associated with.

      On November 13, 2021, I went through the car wash in ****. The wash popped my fuel door open and ripped it off. I returned home and immediately called their customer service. She answered the phone and just told me she would have someone call me if they found anything. Of course, no call back. I ended up filing a claim with my work insurance (its a company vehicle). They told me to go back to Wiggy Wash and I did. Wiggy Wash had me file an "incident report" and denied the "claim" because I waited too long to contact the company, when I spoke to a lady immediately upon returning home on 11/13 and she didn't inform me of the policy on damage to vehicles. I waited weeks for a call back. They do not call back. I will never do business with this company again and warn many others to stay away! 0 stars in reality. Poor customer service and negligent in business practices.

      If I could give them 0 stars I would, do not recommend! They are shady and rude and unwilling to assist their customers.
