You lost Hobby Lobby my business about anything to do with a candle. They were honest about how they have nothing to do with your lousey internet about customer service.

              They will sell you a product that doesnt work as advertised/is defective and make you pay for return shipping if you wish to return. In my case, the return shipping is more than half the cost of the item I purchased if I want to send it back for a refund. The item I bought directly from them was a 2-in-1 warmer that wont fully melt wax melts and barely melts under the surface of a candle. If they wont back their own products when they are defective, theyre not worth buying from I would understand if the issue was mine (like I didnt like how it looked or something), but the issue is their product not working - they just make excuses for that fact and say sorry, its policy.
