In early December of 2021 my son that attends ****************** experienced a problem with his late model ***** truck at needed immediate attend and towed to the neared auto repair shop. With me his father living in AZ many miles away I searched for reviews of local garages and found Steve's auto repair with great reviews. With that being said, I worked with ************************* over the phone with the problem and the warranty coverage that would cover most of the cost. After 3 days in the shop to replace a leaking radiator and 3 different quotes from them the job was finally complete. 3 weeks later my son drove home for the holidays, after popping the hood open to see what a $2100.00 radiator looked like, I found a very poor job done by their tech ***************** that is supposed to be ASE certified.The problem was the line coming from the coolant reservoir to the radiator draped over the air cleaner box hanging near the fan not mounted to the proper location and the fan shroud hanging not properly mounted ether. We're just thankful that he made home without any further costly issues that could of occurred during his *************** home for the holidays. I'm going to contact the owner, Steve Smith on this matter so it doesn't happen to anyone else.
