These crooks are the toughest to work with because they hide behind their return policies. An item was ordered for TWO WEEKS that was in stock on their site wasn’t shipped UNTIL I asked for a return. The return was then catalogued and promised to be put back on my card. I woke up the next morning to see that at 3AM, 8 hours after my return was promised to be fulfilled, the item was rush shipped and a label was created. Kind of wild. I reached back out and was put on the line with their return processor ROSE who was no help at all. She was honestly the most unpleasant person and it showed in her general interest with her company’s customer support. She assured me no return was processed and that I didn’t speak to anyone able to do that. Forced to eat a 20% restocking fee and having to pay for the return shipping, I had to list the item on Facebook market place. AVOID THIS COMPANY

Car parts are big, heavy, oddly sized packages that require more work than other industry packages, this is why we charge fees for returns. These fees and their reasoning are in full on our website. We are sorry our return procedure was confusing.Review from Larry R

Junk parts and no customer service. Front suspension u bolts broke , thankfully I wasn't actually driving when I found it. Supposed to send replacement parts , didn't ruined a planned vacation costing a lot of money on a fixed income . Don't rely on there parts at least it only cost me my vacation and not my life or anyone else'sReview from Tom M

This company isn't a reputable organization. They don't have the correct photographs on their website. Then when you try to return the part they won't pay for shipping and want to charge a 20% restocking fee. I'm now worried if I do return the part I won't get my money back after reading other reviews. I try to shop at other businesses than Amazon to spread the wealth. However it sure makes that hard when you run into a copy like this. I'm going to see if I can get some help from Pay Pal on this.Review from Raymundo G

Don't get scammed. Suspension Connection recommended a specific shock for my vehicle, it did not fit. I was not upset, I returned the product as per their request. That was over one year ago, I have yet to receive a refund. I email them every few weeks and receive simple responses, such as; "working on it." Absolute joke. I do not recommend doing business with Suspension Connection in any form. I wish I could rate them with zero stars. Don't get scammed by these people like I did. I have full documentation of my experience and hope to be contacted by the BBB.Review from steve w

After suspension connection sent me defective parts, and refusing to send me a sipping label and dealing with there very unprofessional service department I would never purchase anything from them. They should be shut down.Review from Brian S

Ordered parts on December 17, 2022. These guys dont seem to get it. A person orders from a business online and then the business is supposed to hold up their end and send you your parts. Not this place. They would rather take your order (and your money) and then play a game of radio silence. I emailed them several times with no response. Will email and call again today. I called them and they told me the parts would be shippedTHREE WEEKS after the order and still nothing. No email confirmation either, just my screenshot of the order and confirmation number. Doesnt seem like they s**** everyone, just a select few. Wonder how they choose who gets treated like c*** Oh yeah, they did hold up their end where they charged my credit card.Review from Jesse B

I've been attempting to receive a refund for parts never received for 8 months. Total thievery. No parts were delivered, no refund was issued. Was also told it was a credit card issue. Was told I'd receive a paper check, since last April... I've called into their business at least 10 times. Left on hold for 30 minutes, then hung up on. Tried to dispute the charge with my credit card company but they can't do anything about it either. Avoid at all costs. If zero stars was an option, that's what I would choose. I ordered airbags for my truck, they had no problem charging my card right away and after waiting for a couple of weeks I called and they told me the bags were on back order. I needed the bags so I bought a set from another supplier and received them within a week. I called Suspension Connection to cancel my order and they said they shipped the bags that day. I told the person on the phone I had already got some from another company and she said no problem just send them back for a refund. I sent them back in May 2022 and have been promised a refund but have not gotten my money back yet. First was them blaming my cc vendors system for not allowing the refund to go back on my card. Total bs, used the card and returned items just to test it and had no problems. They said we'll send you a check, guess what still waiting and it's November 15th 2022. Gotten nothing but a run around and lies from this company.
