May of 2021. I have provided this company a wire harness and still not Resolved. I paid ******* and was promised a working wire harness. No product has been returned. I have reached out to the company and asked for a refund. Their Resolution is to pay them more money for expedited completion. Who in their right mind would pay more money, when the company will not provide a completion date. They stated that they have paid multiple man hours & yet all their doing is saoking the connectors. BBB SHOULD SEE ALL THESE SIMILAR COMPLAINTS AND DO SOMETHING. Company is a theif, he is offering an instore credit. I have never received a product so I should receive a full Refund. The company acts like they are a ******* offering instore credit. He has nothing I want. This is a SCAM and he keeps throwing around his contract. That cotract applies if he has returned the product and it is not working. I have received NOTHING from this company and DO NOT TRUST THEM!!! Please help resolve this complaint and I want a FULL REFUND AND WILL ACCEPT NOTHING LESS!! A Business has the responsibility of providing product in a Reasonable time frame. We are almost a year in and there is no Resolution date. I do not want the product back because I do not trust them. I would like your assistance in getting a full refund. He can keep the harness and refund my money back. His scam tactic is too keep it for a long time and claim he has put multiple man hours into the repair to lessen the refund when people request the refund. This company is not an *************** by any means and Since there has been no product received, we do not fall under his instore credit tactic. Please be aware of his unethical practice.
