            One of our neighbors put a message on our neighborhood ******** page that if he could get 5 people to get our vents cleaned we could get a special vent cleaning for $199.00. We said we would. When the technician got here he brought a machine that was supposed to create a vacuum it did not he said this was ************ and everything cost more for this and that. We told him to go because it wasnt doing anything. He charged us &***** for absolutely nothing. This company is a rip off.

            We have no idea who this person is and we have not performed any services that we have record of. We are in **** and do not perform services outside the mountain west. If there is any information that can help us in determining if this is associated with our business so we can resolve the complaint.
