    Please allow this to serve as a written complaint against **** ******** *** ********** and Millennium Constructions, LLC. Millennium Builders is a builder for the subdivisions of **** ********. I purchased the home August 29, 2022 and have ongoing issues because he hires out ill qualified people. I would like to have documentation for further needs due to all of the issues with this home which cost $556,000.
    1. Garage is not sealed properly and has a flow of water in it when it rains or snows.
    2. The Master shower has standing water when finished showering cause mold in the corner because it does not drain properly.
    3. Sump Pump installation the day before closing has dry wall issues with inconsistent texture and paint.
    4. Paint is not consistent.
    5. Electrical constantly trips breakers when using a lot of outlets. O
    6. Had a significant flood in the basement a week before closing due to window seal issues, drainage in window well and sprinkler issues.
    7. Greenhouse has two outlets and should have four outlets.
    8. Landscaping not completed.
    9. Wiring on the South side not secured and stored properly.
    10. Radon piping not installed correctly.
    11. Builder has “handy man” complete electrical in basement bathroom.
    12. Basement toilet too far out and we are still not happy with it.
    13. Chalking around granite and counters are not done correctly.
    14. When I signed the contract for the house, they said it would have “wood trim” and then when I got my contract the substituted it for MDF. No WOOD trim but I paid a lot for the wood trim. State I signed it and they told me MDF at the meeting. They did not.
    15. Garage has open sheetrock by utility door causing cold air to drift in.
    16. Items on my private inspection with ****** ********** need to be reviewed.
    17. Pipes freezing because there is not enough insulation inside by pipes and there is a 1 -1/2 gap all around the house causing cold air to get in.
