1 starA West bend mutual insurance company client ran a stop sign and struck my vehicle. I have been dealing with this for going on six weeks. I have attempted to reach the insurance adjuster multiple times with no return phone calls. I am attempting to get information about a rental vehicle which they are to compensate me for. dealing with this company has been a nightmare considering it was their client that was found to be at fault.Review fromDavid D

1 starHad them as my car insurance company for almost a decade. I got into a fender bender, which was not my fault and within 24 hours, I was dropped. No explanation. I wouldn't trust them.

1 starI was in a accident with someone who has ********* insurance. Not only did it take TWO MONTHS to receive my check, it was for half the value of my vehicle. I look for new insurance and it definitely won't be *********.West Bend Insurance Company

1 starHorrible! They cancelled our insurance stating we need a new roof. We have a new roof! It was replaced months and months ago. The agent never called and the company never contacted us. Just sent a lousy we are dropping you letter. So unprofessional! I've seen better businesses run with better integrity by high school kids!Review fromRobert C

1 starTypical shady insurance company delay and deny tactics on a straightforward claim to them.They keep saying they're "investigating" but make zero progress and vague excuses for non action. Probably gonna end up in court. I would never spend a cent with them.Review fromvicky l

5 starsWe have been using Westbend for over a year now and have gotten the best customer service. They have been very helpful with getting our claims resolved in a timely manner. All of the Workers Compensation team have been great not only with our Company but with our employees as well. Highly recommend them.West Bend Insurance Company

1 starSo my insurance agency just wrote a new policy with West Bend Insurance Co. toward the end of 2022 for a new insurance policy for me. I made the mistake of letting this new policy slip through the cracks and my new policy went unpaid for a little over a month. When I realized what happened I reached out to my agent and paid the balance immediately. West Bend still decided not to rewrite my policy that they just originally wrote the end of last year. So now my agent and I are scrambling to find a new policy that will suit my needs. I admit a mistake was made but for them to not simply rewrite my policy blows my mind. What a terrible company. I hope ppl read this and choose to not give there business to a company like West Bend. I cannot imagine the nonsense they’d try to pull if I actually had to file a claim. SCAMMERS!! I give less than a 1 star review if they’d allow me to on here. Whoever is running this company and making these decisions are probably the shadiest in the insurance business!!Review fromCarrie H

1 starSneaky hidden charges, I'd stay away from this company. We were with Westbend for 15 years and found out about hidden undisclosed fees we were being charged that were not listed anywhere on our declaration pages. Then when you cancel because of these shady practices you get charged even more fees and somehow the company owed us just over $700 for premiums paid and they mailed us a check for $2
