    Don’t go to this dealer purchase a part and dude with potato head nose gets an attitude because they never tell you there is a restock fee then the manager continues to ***** an moan that I was complaining and ***** about how they just rob people for there money worse dealer ever and I’ve been to Chevy dealer plenty of times but this one was enough for me. Chevy should do something korcurek someone should step n put there people in check. I will be referring everyone to stay away from that dealer as it is the worst one I’ve ever been to. STAYYYY AWAY!!

    ***,Thank you for your review. It is our policy that if you are returning a part from an 11 year old vehicle, there is a restock fee since they are slowing selling parts. You had the restock fee reimbursed when you decided to keep the part. What is unacceptable is when you decided to swear at our parts consultant and called him derogatory names like "******" and then proceeded to leave the dealership yelling out curse words and making a scene. No one deserves that type of disrespect and while we appreciate your business, your behavior was unacceptable. If you'd like to discuss further, please feel free to call me. Thanks.

    BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! After the sale you no longer exist. Purchased a vehicle from them and am dissatisfied with the unit. On numerous occasions have attempted to amicably resolve the differences but they will not respond. When contact is made with sales and business manager you are lectured and rudely hung up on. Very unprofessional environment. So, BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!

    ******* purchased his vehicle on 10-17-2024. He purchased his 2017 ******** for $13,703 with $1,200 trade in. With tax and fees he wrote a check for $13,866.87. I have left numerous messages for him. ****, his sales consultant, discussed trading it in for something different since his wife thinks the Traverse is too big. ******* said he wants the amount he paid, $13,866.87 towards another smaller vehicle we have available. **** told him we could help him but it would be trade in value. I left two messages for him since his phone goes straight to voice mail. ****, our sales manager, talked with ******* and informed him trade in value is $7,500 but we'd be willing to provide him $8,500. ******* informed both **** and **** that he wants exactly what he paid towards another vehicle which we told him we'd have to provide trade in value. The Traverse he purchased was purchased "As is" and he hasn't had any issues with the vehicle. I just left him another message waiting for him to call back. They do not have a complaint about the vehicle, except the size. ******* has unrealistic demands regarding being provided a full refund towards another, yet to be identified vehicle.

    I never stated I wanted a full up trade and was told by the sale *** and i quote "Hi ******, I understand ***** talked to **** **** in the business office. At this time we are cutting back our inventory levels and Kocourek may not need the Traverse back. It does not appear we have a vehicle you would be interested in trading for per your request. Nothing was stated about a trade with the ***. This is from the sale ***s ***** to myself, which I have saved.Also was quoted a price of 8700 dollars.Again, I feel buyer beware. To many incomplete different statements floating *********, will see what the future brings and will not hold my breath. Thanks

    Was traveling back home from labor day. My vehicle was broke down 3 hrs from home. I had to tow my car there and was in communication with someone for 3 days. I was told it was fixed and they had to charge me to run diagnostics. After bringing my car home, called the same person and asked him what diagnostic read since my check engine light was STILL on. He said they never ran it, the "diagnostic charge" was for looking at my car. I then spoke to the Manager and he said that they indeed did run a diagnostic check on my car. I am not sure who is being honest! They guy that I was in communication for 3 days or the manager that knew nothing about what was going on with my car. I'm thankful that they could at least fix the 1st issue they found to get me home again. But I question the charges and the honesty if in fact they ran a diagnostic check.

    DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. We brought our Hyundai Elantra to Kocourek OVER two months ago as it was stuck in fourth gear. After saying it was fixed, it got stuck in fourth gear again on the way home. We took it back and they had to call the “Hyundai Help Line” to help them figure out what was wrong. They tried fixing a different part which cost near $600 which still didn’t fix the problem. They finally figured out that it needed a new transmission which they said was ‘in’ two weeks ago and they still haven’t fixed the car! We have left messages nearly daily asking for updates with no calls back. Our car is LITERALLY held hostage at this dealership and we are expected to owe $600 for the part that didn’t even fix the car. Only take your car here if you don’t care about driving it anytime in the next three+ months. Terrible, terrible service!!
