I hired Waunakee Remodeling to install 2 ***** sun tunnels. The two installers were struggling with the larger sun tunnel and I recall thinking I sure hope they know what theyre doing. Ive had continual problems with these tunnels-water leak and bugs in both tunnels. About six months ago a worker accessed my attic and told me light was shinning in from the sun tunnels. It appeared the tunnel part was not taped and had come loose. I called Waunakee Remodeling to report it. A representative came and refused to look in the attic. He only removed one lense, looked up and told me it was fine and light was normal. I contacted *****. They replied in writing that light should not be coming into the attic. I sent Waunakee Remodeling the document from *****. I didnt get a response from Waunakee Remodeling and they stopped retuning my calls.I ended up hiring a certified ***** dealer to repair and reinstall the sun tunnels correctly and I havent had problems since.Review fromLorelie L

We are enjoying our new windows! The entire process, from consultation to actual installation has been met with prompt, professional communication, and actions. Actually, above and beyond what we had expected. Were there a few hiccups? Yes, quickly addressed, clarified, and remedied. The largest 'issue' was due, in part, to a misunderstanding on our part, not Waunakee Remodeling personnel. Their (the entire company) team members listened, researched, and communicated back with us promptly. The crew who performed the installation - around rainy Wisconsin weather & those pesky bees - were outstanding. Antne **, Blake **, Brendan **, and Cayden ** were respectful of our home & furnishings. It was a pleasure to have them in our space! We definitely will use them for the remaining windows that may need replacing in the future and without hesitation recommend the team of Waunakee Remodeling for ******* ** ******** windows.Waunakee Remodeling, Inc.

Last year we had to replace 4 windows in the front of our home, so we contacted Waunakee Remodeling. They did a fantastic job, so when we needed to replace a bedroom window, we called them again. Ethan ** and Talon replaced our bedroom window and they were extremely polite, did a very professional job and left everything clean and neat. We were so happy with the project from start to finish and will call again, as we still need to replace a few other windows.Waunakee Remodeling, Inc.

I could not be happier with the service, dedication and quality of workmanship performed by Ethan ** and his partner, Talon on my whole-house windows/patio doors replacement project this week. The weather was definitely a challenge with some very hot/humid & rainy conditions 3 out of the 4 days and they even had to deal with wasps chasing them around at one point! They seemed to work very well as a team. Thank you, Waunakee Remodeling, for a great experience! The windows and doors look amazing! A special "thanks" goes out to Ethan and Talon for their awesome work ethic, attention to detail and just being really nice guys and easy to work with. Keep up the good work!Waunakee Remodeling, Inc.
