      Purchased a used vehicle from them check engine light came on before I even got home, won't pass emissions test, took it back to them the next day and all they did was reset the computer and sent me on my way, again before I got home the check engine light came on again,not only that but the first time I drove it at night the headlights didn't work couldn't see the road, I would call numerous times and leave messages because no one answered the phone a month would go by and I would end up having to drive there to talk to them,told them about the check engine light again and told them about the headlights not working,had to schedule an appointment with them which was a ways out so couldn't drive at night, when I took it in for my appointment they said that the catalytic converter was bad they had to order the part they told me they would let me know when it came in, they never fixed the headlights problem I had to pay someone else to fix that problem because I needed to be able to drive at night, I was complaining about other things wrong with the vehicle also they don't bother to write anything down when you tell them about the problem with the car,so when they eventually got the catalytic converter and put that on which took a long time, when I got it back the exhaust was really loud on it took it back they told me the pipe rotted apart, it was quiet when I took it there but after they worked on it the last time they did something to it that caused it to be very loud when I picked it up, I ended up paying for getting the exhaust fixed,and I was told I would have to pay to get work done in it now because they only gave me 30 days where they would fix things on the car,they never fixed everything that was wrong with it since I got it from them, I took it somewhere else to get a cost to fix everything and it was around $5000 to fix it and that's not my responsibility to fix it I'm not even going to be able to drive it until it's fixed, so don't ever buy from them

      DO NOT BUY FROM BYRIDER. My experience was a complete disaster from the start. The whole process felt rushed and cold, and the staff were incredibly unprofessional, especially one of the male employees who was extremely dismissive. I wasnt given any clear information about the vehicle or the financing, and when I asked questions, I was just brushed off. As a paying customer, I expected more respect and honesty. Dont waste your time here, find a better dealership.

      Horrible place, rude nasty attitude! I would never refer anyone to get a car through and I totally regret getting one! Please dont finance through them if you absolutely dont have too

      I went to this company because I was desperate and they knew it. If you are ever on hold for this company, all of the advertisement you hear is lies, lies and more lies. They do not even treat you with respect, it's true! After I put up with their harassment without any possible solution, I gave up. I thought I could hang in for another year and pay it off. I NEVER missed a single payment, but changed my deductible to $1000 instead of $500. Tried to change it back but for some reason it didn't happen. They asked me for bank statements, besides proof of income, then they saw my payment was deposited early even though my proof of income said it would be deposited on the 3rd of every month. Made my due date the 1st even though I drove out of there on the 7th. They had no right to do this and refused to change it. One month they even tried to take it out before it was deposited on the 1st then called me to say my payment didn't go thru.****** also asked for seven (7) references and contacted every one of them without identifying herself. I did not choose a car, they handed me the keys to the car they wanted me to buy. I was not allowed to take it to a mechanic. They even said I couldn't test drive it, then ****** decided I could take it out for 10 minutes. She called me in 10 minutes. The tires were bad, which I found out the first time I had the oil changed. I started with $1,000 down payment and ended up paying $1,500 and almost $3.000 by the time they were done. Purchased in Sept. and by February, almost $2,000 taken from my checking account (not one cent towards principle - they called part of it "accrued interest"). They really are the rudest, nastiest people I have ever done business with in my life. After 2 yrs of NEVER missing a payment, harassment for missing payments and the requirement of $1,000 deductible, they repossessed the car. I just handed the keys over. I REGRET ever having heard of the place. Now they are trying destroy my credit. NOT HAPPENING

      This company is fraudulent and I wouldnt recommend buying a vehicle from the I purchased a vehicle 10-17-2024 and broke down brought it back 10-18-2034 and they kept it form 11-18-2024 until 10-23-2024 I received it ********* just for later on that day for it to break down for the same reason it broke down the same day I purchased so I took it back 10-24-2024 and they have had it since 10-24-2024 and its now 11-20-2024 and I still havent gotten the vehicle back I dont even think there fixing it for real they have been ignoring my phones I been making insurance and car note payments and havent had the vehicle also came out of so much money to get around and to get my child around and also missed lots of days of work due to this inconvenience they put me through.

      Please I repeat PLEASE do not buy a car from this place !! The staff are rude ,the cars are ****** up ,they tell you to bring the car in, they will tell you they resolved the issue they fixed it but REALLY DONT!!! ..recently with the car I have the car was smoking so bad with me and my son in it and its the same issue the the car keeps over heating and they keep telling me they fixed the car and they didnt !!! Then they blow your phone up just so you can pay the car note !! But cant fix or sell a good car !!

      DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS LOCATION, THE STAFF ARE RUDE, THEY YELL AT YOU WHEN U HAVE CONCERNS ON TOP, THEY LIED TO ME AFTER MY DOWN PAYMENT, TO TURN AROUND & THE CAR I PUT MONEY DOWN ON HAVE BEEN IN A ACCIDENT & CHARGING ME FOR A CAR YOU THAT WAS HIT FOR 16k THIS GOTS TO BE ILLEGAL, THEY BLOWING UP YOUR PHONE FOR PAYMENTS & THREATENING PPLS OF TAKING THEIR VEHICLES AWAY

      DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE. They are very unprofessional you are a day late they will call you non stop also call your job. When you ask them to not call your job they say it is their job to HARRASS YOU at your place of employment. Their customer service talked so down on me because I decide to bring my business there. She said “you obviously have bad credit so there’s a reason you choose to get a car by us” and talked about how I have references listed and I don’t have anyone to help pay my day late car note. Unprofessional do not recommend I am doing whatever I can do get out of this contract with them.

      I will never deal with them again. They basically harass you on the day of the payments texting and calling sometimes ,3 to 4 times a day not in regards to you might be at work and will do it when you can . Also they want to try to control your insurance and deductible with there cnc or whatever it's called . What starts off as a pleasent experience turned into a nightmare. Stay the **** away from them I wish I had . I have full coverage insurance and am confident I can afford my deductible but they want a 250 or 500 deductible which would make my insurance go to 400 a month and I have a great driving record . Stay away . Once I can I'm out of the contract and they can have the car back . What a nightmare they have became. They don't even deserve one star

      They charge what to much and if your late on payment they will call everyday till paid or go in your bank account and take small amounts till they can't take anymore causing you to bounce checks and each small amount they take cost 1.95 I am 1 payment and ****** behind and they sent a letter that if I don't pay full amount by the 26th there going to repo the car the letter was sent on the 10 they gave me 16 days to pay the ****** I owe them don't by from them ever
