      I have an older Tru Fire archery release. It has started "releasing" prematurely. This is very dangerous. A quick search states that this can happen and there may be and adjustment needed or to send the release to company and a repair replace should be offered. I got neither. The company cannot really tell me what release I have. They took over a week during archery season to eventually tell me there is nothing they can do. Spoke to 2 different reps ****** and *****. I called many times and was placed on long holds and never got someone. People say they have their releases for over 20 years. The company has a bogus lifetime warranty. Asking for a receipt for a lifetime warranty id a way to get out of replacing or repairing anything ever. I had a total loss fire in January, but I'm not sure I'd have a receipt for something I purchased over 5 years ago nor would I expect you to have it. Companies that actually honor their warranty by just having the product is what I like to deal with. Buying someone a refrigerator or tv still gives them a warranty even though it was a gift and that person may not have a receipt. So I didn't get any repair information. I didn't receive any replacement option. I just know which company I will not purchase my next release from.
