    I placed an online order that was never fulfilled. When I called the florist directly, *****, was uncooperative and combative -- claiming no order was received. She refused to take my order # and claims that the item displayed on website is not even in inventory. The store is fraudulent. They are fraudulent in what they claim to sell. They charged my card and refused service.

    To Whom It May ******************************* order never printed on the date and the customer called Friday to see where the order was.  She was swearing at our employee because it never went out.  Some things are out of our control if the internet was down.  We didn't have the product that she was looking for as well.  Our staff does not have to put up with any foul language from a customer since she was trying to explain what had possibly have happened to the order.

    Website still displays product they claim they dont sell.

    The customer was never charged for this, please advise her asap.  We never even had her credit card information.  **** who dealt with this customer can be reached in the am at ************
