    On april 19,2024 i purchased a home and obtained a mortgage from a plus mortgage. I utilzed realty executives realtor ********************* and she introduced me to *********************************** who works at a plus mortgage. I had numerous issues going through the process with them. They sold the mortgage and did not inform me and i received no papers from the new purchasers of the mortgage and i am still recieving no papers from them at the proper address and this being a primary residence the papers would and should automatically be sent here knowing what mortgage they purchased. Next supposedly at the last minute the title company from the seller got changed and now there are unpaid bills like a past due water bill that i am not responsible for and the title companies name PRISM TITLE has not paid it. I feel everyone involved knew about this situation prior to closing and its been nothing but a game to them. This should not have happened and this is not how to conduct proper business. Than i explained to my realtor there are people entering my house when i am not there which makes everyone who had a key a suspect. I found plumbing pipes disconnected this is ridiculous. Then with the very same breath my realtor tells me she has cameras i could have. Then adt happens to knock on my door. THIS IS COMPLETELY UNETHICAL IN THE WAY OF DOING BUSINESS.

    We carefully reviewed the customer statement in regard to this matter and performed a full internal review of the file in question.  Our records and customer communication throughout the process indicates a smooth transaction with no issues at all.  The customer has never contacted us to express any concerns and I personally called the customer upon hearing of his disappointment.  The discussion was very friendly and cordial.  Almost all mortgage loans in the ************* are sold by originating entities after closing.  The customer is absolutely informed of this from the very start of the transaction and during the entire process multiple times.  The claim that any customer isn't aware that their loan will be sold is puzzling but we are always happy to help our customers with any issue that comes up, even after the loan is sold.  I will reach out to the customer again and see how I can help reduce their frustration with their servicer.
