      Yes made an order never received it. They assured me that they would resuvle the matter. It was not . Never never buy from them

      I ordered 2 3 set items. Of course it shipped separately. Finally got one set. The other set never arrived. They said they would give me a refund. They did give a partial refund. I think only because I used ******. The problem I have is They didn't give me the full refund for that set. They are shorting me over $6. I know that isn't a lot but if they do this to everyone they are making a pretty good profit.

      Can’t get a hold of anyone. No update on shipping. Ordered Nov 29 and now it’s Jan 7 . Emailed three times asking about my order. No reply at all never ordering from them again.

      Same as the rest of the reviews. I ordered 7 pairs of underwear at the sale price of 12.00 they only ship 4 and refund the other money stating they are out of stock and can’t ship. These are not a discontinued item and will be back in stock soon and then they could ship but no they refund my money without even letting me know and want me to pay the original cost which is double of the sale price. I contacted customer service and after they said all this to me they just disconnected with no warning. They are rude people and I’ll never spend another dollar there.

      I ordered pants on the 21, it states they were shipped out in the 22nd. Here we are a week and a half later it is still in the same place. Customer service was a joke.. over and hour wait to talk to someone for 3 minutes and tell me to wait till January to do anything. The shipping company they use said they don’t have record of it at all. They will gladly take your money but not shop the items!

      Beyond FRUSTRATED! So back right before Thanksgiving, I ordered a Parka, a Beanie mittens that never shipped. Well, about a week later, I call customer service they assured me my items would ship that there was a glitch that day on their website and that it would ship out by the end of the first week of December. Well after receiving no shipping email notification, I email them to inquire the status of my order which they never ***lied to my email... so I ended up calling. After waiting an hour and a half on hold I get to a *** who tells me that my items again will ship just to give it a few more days and that unfortunately my mittens are now out of stock but I won't be charged for those.Another week goes by so I call again and this time the ***resentative tells me he's so sorry but my order was stuck in the system and never went to their warehouse but swore up and down that my beanie and my jacket would be shipped out to me and they're going to have their supervisor put it through and expedite my order. And that also they were going to give me a 20% off coupon n that If I call and order over the phone that it would be notated into my account which okay fine I get stuff happens. Thank you for trying to fix it I guess .. But lo and behold today I get an email telling me my entire order's been canceled cuz everything is now out of stock!!! Not to mention the first 2 ***s lied to me when they told me everything was fine with my order.. and a SUPERVISOR swearing up and down id at least receive my Jacket and Beanie as they were personally escalating my order to warehouse for almost a week later to get an out of stock email..mind u my items had been in stock this entire time ..and now due to their s**** up n negligence I'm now having to scramble elsewhere to a diff store to try to find a winter **************** n beanie Worst experience ever!

      Extremely poor horrible, basically no service. Order placed 11/29/2024. Two weeks after there was no status available when checking online portal. Used chat, took an hour just to finally make contact with a human. They said order will be processed and ship the next day. One week later still no status. Start another chat and after 40 minutes of being on hold and pressing the response that "yes" I'm still here, chat abruptly ended. Few days later another chat, another hour of holding and was told order would be pushed through. Also called because I had zero confidence in the chat, another hour on hold, was told they don't know why it hasn't been processed and it will be pushed through. Another week, still no status, send email, no respense. Dec. 30th, 2024 and still no status. Start another chat, hold for 40 minutes, agent comes online and finally says she sees where I have been following up on order, but there has been no progress on order and she is contacting her supervisor, while holding for response, after 1.5 hours chat abruptly ended. Every day since the order was placed, we get a minimum 6 to 8 emails a day from Duluth advertising sales (do you really think I will ever order from you again?) To say they have poor service would be an understatement.

      Same problem as every other review! Ordered two shirts 12/8 and amazingly not shipped together. One arrived finally today, 12/28. Other one not received yet! Duluth should get some training from ******! Will never order from them again, even tho we love their shirts!

      Absolutely the WORST customer service ever! I placed my order on 11/29/24 and received it today, 12/28/24. NO communication. I tried calling customer service and was on hold for an hour and then gave up. Tried the same with chat and email. No help. I was just on hold for an hour asking for compensation. The answer is no. Christmas is over. Now I can PAY to ship this gift to the recipient. I will never purchase from them again. Deplorable! This company's customer service will probably result in bankruptcy in the future.

      I have ordered a pair of the relaxed Firehose pants. The first time I couldnt ware them, because the were made too small. The tag was right, but not the pants. I returned them, and they sent a replacement pair the same size, and guess what, they were too small. I just got the 3rd pair, and they are also, too small. All three of them, had different measurements. The material on the 2nd pair, was not the same, as the stretch level, and material (felt) different. When I talked to customer support, they asked where was it made. What? I was then told that they are made in a number of places, in ********* and ********. I was told that each manufacturer is supposed to make them to the same specs, maybe the manufacturer didnt get the material spec right. Again, WHAT!Then it hit me, Duluth Trading Company must be pitting these different manufacturers against each other on the unit price, so Duluth makes more profit. Obviously, Duluth Trading Company has lost complete control over how they make same product, the same size, along with making the Firehose material, the same way. My experience has been over the last number of months, is that I cant buy their products, there is no quality control, they cant make the same product, the same, so you have no idea, if your product, is going to fit the same *******, about their customer service. If you call, and ask for a callback, no one calls back. If you are waiting, expect the wait time (what Ive experience) to be 2 (Two) hours. During the 2 hours the background music is so melancholy and depressing, it was painful to listen to, and put me in a bad mood. Along with that you keep hearing the recording say, you are being connected to customer support, over and over, and over, when youre not. Will never buy their products again.
