      Love Duluth Trading's products. I don't like that they run so many sales - because they really aren't sales when they do it so often. Products last for me, but I'm not "working" in them, just being me in them. I'm an older woman, so I love that a lot of them wick. They changed the dry on the fly to a button, which was super smart because the snap kept unsnapping (not good). Keep it up Duluth Trading!

      On ********, I found an ad for a 72 hour sale. Went to the site and assembled an order. When attempting to pay for said order, I received a message that my payment was declined, please try another method for payment. Multiple attempts to pay using different credit cards were rejected. Attempts the following day were met with the same results. My question would be is this some kind of a joke? Someone surely needs to get their act together. Congrats on complete failure.

      Made purchases on 6/9 with $100 Duluth gift card. Before completing the purchase, I verified the card's amount through their website. Purchase was $106, the $6 was charged to my card, which shows processing at my bank. On 6/13 I go to website to get an update. Online chat rep says order was canceled because the payment was declined, and I would need to call customer service. I called, and all of a sudden they cant find the purchase in their system- AT ALL! Except I have the confirmation email and a screenshot showing it processing at my bank. Coincidently enough- the balance on gift card is now ZERO! Now it has to be escalated to accounting to figure out how to handle the situation, and it will be 7 days+ before I hear back. Then the customer service rep asks me if I want to place another order over the phone? WHAT? You have taken my money, but have "no record of it", and I have no product, in what world would it make sense for me to give you MORE money? My advise, if you are going to purchase from here DONT USE GIFT CARD, so you will be able to report it with the bank when you don't receive your order!

      All I did was look at their website and was subsequently flooded every day with multiple emails. When I hit "unsubscribe," I was not allowed to unsubscribe. That makes me angry!

      Customer service is horrendous. Duluth Tradings upper management cares nothing about their customers. The pricing of their clothing has gotten way out of hand. They want $80 for a pair of shorts. The have forgotten their own business plan, work clothes for working people. Sorry your quality in your clothing keeps going down and your prices keep going up. Good old fashioned Levi’s are cheaper and better. Will never buy from Duluth again.

      i ordered a gift for my mother for mothers day 8 days before and it is not going to be there customer service was garbage. i tracked the package and watched as it sat 5 miles from my mothers house and then a day later went 100 miles past her house just to get notification it was gonna be late. *** **** and crappy duluth trading

      I wish I could give 0 stars. This company has really gone down hill. Orders take weeks to ship and are incorrect.

      Ordered underwear from Duluth on 12/23/24. Received email the next day station label created, awaiting carrier. Contacted Duluth on 1/6/25 to check status as it still showed not picked up by carrier. They put in a replacement order and emailed me a return shipping label for "when the original order arrives". Still no original order and no replacement order. Then received a form letter from the 'CEO' apologizing for the poor service and how much better Duluth was going to be, It went to all customers, I'm not special. I called today to request a refund since nothing showed in transit. Escalated to a 'manager' when was told the same thing, they are on the way. Explained to the manger my situation and requested a refund. First was told, the same, on the way, when stated I still wanted a refund and if they showed, I would send them back. Said she couldn't do this, then later said, " I could give you the refund today, but you'd have to go through the hassle of sending them back. I said ok, I have a label already. Then it was" NO, I can't do a refund, you misunderstood."Got online and found there are multiple complaining of the very same thing. I.m out $75, but the CEO of Duluth send me a form letter, along with thousand more to customers without their merchandise,Does the term 'Class-Action" come to mind?I plan on taking the $250--$300 I've spent with them since before and after Christmas back to the local store for a refund and take my clothing needs elsewhere.

      Yes made an order never received it. They assured me that they would resuvle the matter. It was not . Never never buy from them
