In May of 2021, BBB detected a pattern of complaints for this business. Consumers report that products ordered and paid for from the website are not representative of what was ordered, or not delivered at all. Consumers are not being refunded for their paid for merchandise, and state that the business is difficult to reach to assist with these issues. In nearly all cases, consumers report that they ordered products ranging from beehives to truck parts and instead received manicure sets, ear buds and oven mitts. Many report the products arrived from China.
As of 1/28/2023, the issues in the pattern continue to occur, and BBB has not received a response in regard to our pattern inquiry.
On its website, this company claims to be located in Milwaukee, Wis. However, the address provided is a single-family residential home. BBB has spoken with the residents and they are not affiliated with this company. They tell BBB that their address has been used without their permission.

In addition, please note that BBB has received multiple complaints and BBB Scam Tracker reports informing that merchandise from this company is sent from China. In addition, complainants tell BBB that the items that were received were very different from what they ordered and they are unable to receive refunds. For example, two consumers told BBB that they ordered truck parts, but received a small oven mitt.
