5 starsTulip World has always been a super seller of plants and related items. I have bought plants/bulbs from them for many years and have always been happy with the quality of products I have received. The customer service has also been excellent. 5 starsI have never had an issue with Tulip World. I purchase all my fall planted bulbs and lilies from their on line catalog. Shipping is in time for planting. Customer service is prompt and reliable. You won't be disappointed with the blooms. 5 starsI have been ordering from TulipWorld since the last few months and I am happy with the plants/roots/bulbs I have received. My orders included peonies, dahlias, roselilies, hyacinths, amaryllis and tulips. I have found them to be reliable. Shipping has been satisfactory - no complaints. They will promptly answer questions about order status. Customer service is great! Very responsive chat feature. Plants/bulbs/roots have been good. Their peony roots have multiple eyes. Out of about 4-5 peonies that I ordered, I received one peony that did not sprout in 2 months. I called customer service and they refunded the amount. A broken peony root was satisfactorily replaced. One set of dahlias were of a different color than ordered. They gave me store credit. Their Amaryllis turned out exceptional! They have a huge variety of tulips. I found them a good economical source of peonies as well.All Roselilies sprouted well and most bloomed. Their loyalty program is good too. Not as restrictive as other companies. They will let you stack the BOGO coupon with your rewards points and sometimes with percent off coupons. All-in-all, my experience with Tulip World has been good. I will keep ordering from them as long as I keep getting this pleasant level of responsive service.Tulip World
