      I have been with berrada for almost 4 years i lived in the ********************************* October 10 2019 and just moved to the *********** #6 apartments since February 3 2023. When I moved on Calumet Rd I was greeted with Bedbugs a had to sign a form stated that I was to pay for them when they was already there.I also had my identity stolen through his cousins ********************************* acting administrator and *********************************** Assistant living Company "Soul *********************** who lives in Shoboygan Wi. When I found that out they did nothing to hel me after my 2 social security checks was literally forwarded to a different bank they stole them after my Identity was stolen they created a online account in my name which leaves me in debt to this dayim struggling hard .Also that first year on Calumet I started getting letters in the mail stated that I hadn't paid rent for months which was $2000-$3000 Months behind which I was paying every month for the past years of my stay I stayed and showed and told Soul *********************** *********************************** and so called ************** forget but she lives in ***** to find out She was actually trying to get cash loans in my name I never been to Texas in my life I have paperwork from Experian and I also have letters that Berrada properties sent me after the fact that I asked them why are they doing that or putting that lie in my name and I never was late on rent until December 3- February is when I finally got my first Social security check and ********* told me it was a mistake that Berrada always do it and they stated not to bother calling in to see for myselfind this is also ran as a Assistant living facility. Here's they killing part they had keys to my house and would enter without notice which caused senstive info to be stolen which included my account router and checking account number which caused the identity theft so one-day I decided to go over ******** and his wife head and called myself I'm still paying bills off behin

      It started when he took over the building in 2021 September, my rent was $650.00 until he went up on the other units that was renovated cause my apartment still the same no new nothing but windows , he dont check his building at all it was a *** offender standing there having people come there to by drugs it was racism towards me from the new tenants it was reported nothing done .so he give me a 28 day notice cause the other tenants lied on me I been there for 5 years . So I couldnt sleep they play loud music hitting walls calling me white go back to your side town south side I have suffer alot my health is bad. ******************* paid ******* in rent from 03/22 and I was still paying him rent in between those months and was not notified from berrada properties at all...

      *******************************, Identity theft, tax fraud, forced documents. Food share of ******** include ********* fraud. Employment fraud in ********. * ******************************* documentation to lease with berradaproperties is a forged illegal document from the employment fraud income received from ********. It was crested via a cellphone app program. That document is illegal shouldn't be accepted and null and void.

      I have been without heat for 4 days I've contacted the office left messages contacted their maintenance line and have not got a call back I have a one year old son who now has a cold due to my house being under 22 degrees I need help or some where to go where it's warm at

      I pay my rent on the 20th of every month which means if I pay my rent on 20 November it is actually for 01 December. ******* properties has been charging me late fees because they seen that my rent is *** on 716. They charge me $150 with $50 of that was for late fees and $60.00 for rent on November 20, 2022. I paid the rental properties $795. I had an $800 credit which $65 was taken from Net which leave me a balance of $735 I asked Berrada properties why are you charging me the $50 late fee when you deduct that $50 from my November payment and my $800 credit now they sending me a letter stating that I was late for my Septembers rent and now they want to charge me another $50 late fee when you go to pay your rent you pay them in full. What if you have a late fee of $50 they take that $50 out of your full payment rent would put you back into a $50 late fee, they monopolizing the rental market. I showed him all my paperwork. I got a read out of all my payments since Ive been here and on my rent is up to date so I do not understand why Im constantly getting these leads be put toward my account seems to me that hes being unduly and rich because if he can charge me from the first to the field, $50 and then charge me from the fifth to the 10th another $50 and then charge me from the fifth to the 20th is another $50 so for rental properties being unduly and rich by the rental practices.
