The product is really good but there was some problems with communication. My provider told me my first payment will be on January 30th and then when I receive my package this new year four days later I receive an email saying I had two months behind for non payment when in those months I didnt have had the product and it was really difficult explaining that to the customer arrive and customer service didnt seem to care and they were kind of rude to me. Muy mala experiencia, prometen mucho responden poco. Mala atencion mala calidad. Muy alto el interes desde antes de que se vensca el pago. El peor de los creditos que existe. Las vendedoras muy tramposas nunca conestan de resgrereso. Me quede endeuda y los productos muy malos. 000 recommendable. Excellent service and top quality products. The company responds immediately to calls or emails within 48 hours. They go out of their way to satisfy their customers. I am so happy I purchased their products and they do stand by them 100%. I purchased a set of their royal prestige cookware and items in 2007 and have been completely satisfied with their response when I needed new parts for the lids. They also followed thru with a new set after a recall. I could not speak highly enough of how wonderful this company is. I do not work for them nor do I know anyone who does. I am a customer. They are so friendly and stand by their warranty. The cookware is the best I've ever purchased.Hy Cite Enterprises, LLC

This company is a scam and authorities need to do something. I bought something and was not satisfied with the product considering the price of it as well. I could buy the same items for less than half the price and would work better that what I received. I also contacted the company trying to cancel my order but they told me that it was coming and to return it when I received it. But when I returned it they denied it and sent it back, but not to me. They sent it to their so called "advisor" and he kept it and has been calling me nonstop to pay him. I called customer service because they knew they sent my order to their advisor but they hang up on me everytime because they know what they did. Don't ever buy from here!! VERY DISAGREE! I LIVE IN NJ AND PURCHASED A $1200 WATER FILTER. SOMETHING EXAGGERATED TO BE A WATER FILTER BUT I STILL BUY IT, ITS INSTALLATION LASTED MORE THAN 4 MONTHS. WHICH I PAID FIRST BUT I DECIDED TO WAIT UNTIL THEY DID ME THE INSTALLATION AS THEY HAD PROMISED. I CALL MANY TIMES UNTIL I TRY TO RETURN THE PRODUCT BUT IT WAS NOT POSSIBLE FOR ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. NOW THAT THEY MAKE THE INSTALLATION PAID FOR ME, I CALL TO DEFER THE PAYMENTS OF AFTER MONTH AND THEY TELL ME THAT THEY CAN DO NOTHING. FOR 3 MONTHS I DID NOT USE THE FILTER AND THE RESPONSE WAS LITERALLY "THAT IS NOT MY PROBLEM YOU HAD IT IN YOUR HANDS" REALLY I WOULD NEVER BUY WITH ROYAL PRESTIGE AGAIN THEY FOOL SENIORS. I purchased a blender around 6months ago , very disappointed not what I was promised it will do . The blender sometimes works and sometimes it doesn't and it's super stressful to get it touch with a representative. So I stopped making payments the stupid loan is hurting my credit and now they even call my job and started to disclose PERSONAL information to my coworkers , which I think is against my rights . I placed an order and decided to cancel and return the items. Trying to get through to customer service is ridiculous. Everytime I call it's a minimum of 30 minutes on hold. The waiting system makes no sense I can be there next one in line and they say it will be 30 second. Next thing you know they repeat the same thing 15 times and 15 min passes. Hi First I would like to make a complaint about how they in the street harassing the citizen to purchase the products. Then when we sat down. He didn't know any English n we had to do the translation app. Then he was trying to tell me if u don't like the products to return it. Then the products came in. I look at it n wasn't satisfied with the product. When I was about to bring the box to the post office to drop off. I had a family emergency n I couldn't drop it off. They had called me several times while I was at another states. I explained that due to the hurricane taking place I couldn't get back in time. To return it. Then when I finally back I called n told me that I couldn't return it. It still in the box untouched. And still they are harassing me calling me. On top of the it went to credit.
