I have sent them all the information they required and proof of conversation from employees of them stating they were aware that I was not present during the transaction therefore they stole my information and processed my social security card and legal personal information without my convent or permission. We ordered a water faucet that continues to leak after closing the faucet. It runs for a full 20 seconds after. We have sent it back and it took over. Month for the new one to get here, only for the second one to do the same and to be told that's just how it works. Hello, they haven't delivered to me or to the requested address.
1st. The written contract is between Royal Prestige and I, *******.
2nd. The requested delivery address is the same one where they are sending me invoices: *********************************************3rd. I have not authorized delivery to anyone at another address.
I believe that Royal Prestige has not fulfilled the contract agreement.
This is due to their poor documentation work, as they have provided several incorrect addresses to the package delivery company: ******************************************

Their poor work and inconsistency in the information, which they have refused to acknowledge, are trying to get paid for an order that has not been delivered according to the contract agreement. This is demonstrated once again here.
QUESTION: How is it possible that the address was changed on the date mentioned in the conversation note, if the contract was signed on November 3rd? This is illogical.
The lack of veracity, lack of understanding of the customer, and their intention to collect money mean that this business was not accredited by the BBB.
I demand that Royal Prestige (I mean Royal without Prestige) fulfill the contract, or cancel it.
Royal Prestige has incorrectly reported the address to the credit bureaus. The address shows no house, only an empty lot on the map.
I also demand that Royal immediately notify the credit bureaus to remove the incorrect report on my credit, which appeared on March 19, 2025.
Five months of conversations and emails have passed, and they have not resolved the fulfillment of the contract, as mentioned at the beginning of this letter.

There were three orders made in a span of two months to which one was cancelled. On December 13, 2024, it was confirmed by you that the order was received at your mother's home and the order you were requesting to cancel was not that one, but the order made on 10/28 which was later cancelled. The change of address was done initially in October because you placed your first order on October 28, 2024. The copy of the sales order you provided in this claim, also has the address registered as your mother's address with your signature. Thank you for your reply, I would like to clarify that there are two 3 orders registered in the history of the account. The original order is from August 2023 (paid off), the one in October 2023 was cancelled and the most recent one from November 2023.
The contract was signed with the address ************************, I understand you mention it is a non-existent address but in multiple calls, it has been confirmed by you that the address belonged to your mother, and she received the product but since there is no longer a communication with her, you are unable to retrieve the product. The order was addressed under your name and acknowledging that a family member received it, to the address the contract arrived signed, unfortunately, it no longer qualifies for a cancellation. To whom it may concern: As you can read and in writing, all the inconsistencies in the justifications and/or explanations that Royal Prestige is giving are remaining on each occasion that I have written and sent evidence demonstrating that it is not as they say, trying to justify their poor work and from Royal Prestige I have only received letters without evidence to demonstrate what they are saying. Recently they just said that there were 3 orders in a period of 2 months, I sent them proof that this is not the case with order numbers. And what did they say? They tried to justify what they were wrongly stating and they have gone back to August 2023 in the first order that was opened, paid and closed satisfactorily, making it clear that I am a responsible client. From the first moment they have contacted me to collect the order, I have always taken responsibility and answered emails and calls expressing my dissatisfaction with the poor work regarding this disputed order. I did not receive the order at the requested address, and I never asked for it to be delivered to another address or to anyone other than my address. I acknowledge all the poor work, misunderstanding, and unpleasant intentions of Royal Prestige trying to charge me for something they did not deliver. Everything is documented. I will not pay for products I have not received.

A thorough investigation was completed, and multiple calls were reviewed regarding your claim as well as all the notes on the account. Unfortunately, a contract was signed with a delivery address to which it was later confirmed it belonged to a relative, your mother, to which it was confirmed received but due to not being in speaking terms, unable to pick up. Thank you for your response. I really appreciate your acknowledgment that I've been provided with incorrect information from the beginning. I've been trying to communicate your poor work to you, and all you've tried to do is fix it by trying to collect for products you haven't delivered.
Today, in the month of May, I'm about to complete 7 months since I signed a contract. Unfortunately, it has an incorrect address, a nonexistent address, and it's not even the address where the products were delivered. They also tried to deliver to other addresses that weren't correct, and they tried to make deliveries through **** In the end, they delivered to an address I didn't authorize. As you know, because I told you, it's my mother's house, and I didn't ask for it to be delivered to that address. You did this of your own volition, without my authorization. Without my consent, my mother was trying to contact you, and through the distributor ****** **** ********, who is an eyewitness to everything I explained to Hy Cite, my mother tried to deliver the products to Hy Cite so that Hy Cite would deliver them to the correct address, and Hy Cite refused to accept my mother's return.
Now, you are sending the invoices to the correct address where the products should have been delivered. Just as you deliver the invoice to the address where I requested delivery of the products, you should have delivered the products to that address.
In my humble opinion, since you saw that the address did not correspond to the order and there were so many delivery problems with the address, you should have consulted and corrected the contract, the address, etc., before delivering the products to an unsolicited address. Many things are wrong, and all on your part. 1. Delivering to an unsolicited address without prior authorization to an unsolicited person. 2. Trying to enforce a contract with a nonexistent address. 3. Refusing to accept redelivery from you, taking the products from the wrong address where they were left without prior authorization and consent to deliver them to the correct address where the collection invoices are being delivered today.
In my opinion, the HYCITE contract with ******* MATOS ******* did not comply with the terms and conditions.
Once again, I tell you that since the products were not delivered to me or to my address, I have not received any products to pay for.

The items were shipped to an address that, unless it was provided, we had no knowledge if belonged to a family member. You have stated multiple times the items were in possession if your mother and refused to deliver, at that point, a police report could have been initiated for property theft. During the review of your account, there was no attempt made with Hy Cite Enterprises on behalf of your mother, to return such products. Hello. As I've told you before, HY Cite contracted with ******* Matos ******* to deliver the products to the same address where they are sending the invoice to collect for the products I did not receive. I sent and have sent them proof of their poor work, and my evidence is physical, documentary, and with an eyewitness to their poor work. However, you only say and write that in phone calls I requested a change of delivery to another address. That is not true.
