  Chris and his crew did an amazing job on our bathroom remodel! Chris went above and beyond to make sure no dust entered the rest of the house. Due to a new health concern I am going through, the crew was very accommodating and wore masks throughout the project, which I greatly appreciated. During the project my husband and I made some changes. Chris was more than gracious to accommodate the changes. Chris offered some great suggestions, which I appreciated as I am not a professional remodeler. The bathroom is gorgeous and the workmanship in the tile work is outstanding! Chris does more than just bathrooms. He also installed new vinyl flooring in one of our bedrooms and installed a stained glass window in our sliding barn door. We have used Chris in the past for other projects. Chris is very friendly and listens to what the home owner wants. I highly recommend Chris to do your next house remodel. You won’t be disappointed.

  I hired CML Construction, LLC as a referral through Angi. From the beginning of this project to the end was nothing but a positive experience. Chad provided excellent customer service as did his team. Chad's estimate came in fair and balanced without compromising on materials or workmanship. His team showed up to the job site every day on time and got right to work. It was extremely cold, and they only took breaks during lunchtime when they sat in their car to get warm. When they weren't sitting in the car during lunch, they were out there in the cold getting the work done. They were professional and courteous, and did quality work. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing construction needs, roofing, or siding. My tiny house looks fantastic and I can't wait to show it off to my family and friends. Thank you Chad to you and your team for doing such excellent work and providing stellar customer service.

  We had a fantastic experience with CML Remodeling. Chris stepped in to take over a basement remodel project for us and he provided great consultation and advice and completed the project in a timely fashion with great attention to detail. His proactive communication and coordination of subcontractors is excellent as well. We are thrilled with the results of our beautiful new basement and would highly recommend him for any home project.
