During the loan underwriting process, you were made aware of certain charges or fees related to the loan as well as the APR. Under the Federal Truth in Lending Act and other applicable regulations, we are required to provide an accurate and comprehensive fee disclosure. The charges related to your loan were written out in the loan documentation which you agreed to during the lending process.
Before funding a loan, customers are advised of the total cost of their loan and the fees along with different plans to pay the loan back which we believe are competitive with other lenders. This is an expensive form of borrowing, and it is not intended to be a long-term financial solution. These loans are designed to assist you in meeting your short-term financial needs.

This company is still taking money from me for a loan and I cannot get into contact with them. I have records of all charges incurred to me what I can go back and get. This needs to get handled.Business response

I have tried getting in contact with this company and keep getting a generic voicemail. I have left several messaged with no response/callback. They keep taking money out of my account.Business response

Please be reminded that West Side Lending offers you 3 different payment options and one of them is to pay the loan in full as soon as possible because this is the best way for a customer to avoid paying more than what you needed to pay because the finance fee of your loan is being calculated on a daily basis. So, the longer you pay your loan in full, the higher interest you will also be paying.
We really want to help you. We can also provide you a new payment plan that will be suitable for you in order to settle your account. Please call us at ************** and ask to be transferred to the ********************* so we can best assist you.

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
They are saying time zone may be an issue. If thats the case, they need to abide by the times listed as their hours of operation. I have yet to receive a call. They posted the payment options but if someone wanted to take advance of these said options, how would someone reach them? If I cancel my card or change my banking information I BET they call me. That is my next step if I dont get a call from this company. They are a complete bogus company and I WOULD never recommend them!!

This company started garnished my pay and continue to do so and I cannot get in touch with this company. Their website does not exist and I do not know how to stop it. It should stop at $1399. I am looking for the original document.Business response

I have been making bi-weekly payments to this company since August of 2022. They are use predatory loans on their customers with extremely high interest rates. For a 1 year loan. I have not been able to get in contact with them on payment options or about how much I owe. Or what my original loan amount was. Their website is not working till me to call in but their number does not or and I have not been able to get any emails back from them.Business response
