      In October 2024, we purchased a new set of tires from this business and paid for a full alignment. At the time, we trusted their team to perform both services properly. However, our experience since then has been deeply disappointing and unacceptable.Although I acknowledge that I failed to rotate the tires during an oil change in January 2025which may technically void a portion of the warrantythis does not excuse the other major service failures that occurred:Broken Hood Latch (Undisclosed):The business broke our vehicles hood latch during service and did not inform us. We only discovered the damage later. Failing to disclose or take responsibility for damage caused during service is unacceptable and unsafe. They also tried to accuse us of breaking the latch. I dropped the car off for an oil change -- I had no idea this was broken or I would have said something. After my husband got involved, they did fix this. Improper Alignment:Despite paying for an alignment, it is clear the job was not properly doneespecially in the rear. Both rear tires are completely chopped and ruined, which is not normal wear for a properly aligned vehicle. This goes beyond a missed tire rotation; it is evidence of poor service or lack of service altogether.Poor Customer Service:When we attempted to resolve the issue, we were met with rude and dismissive behavior. The staff did not listen to our concerns or attempt to make the situation right.Desired Resolution:Reimbursement or credit toward replacement of the rear tires, which were damaged due to improper alignment An apology for the poor customer service and lack of accountability Final Note:This business has been voted as a Best of La Crosse County winner, but based on our experience, they do not live up to that reputation. Their lack of transparency, substandard workmanship, and unprofessional conduct should be a red flag to other customers.

      This is the estimate we received for new tires and alignment.

      I would like to point out that they admitted fault with the hood latch, which was broken the same day that the alignment would have been not done correctly. Thanks!

      Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We have thoroughly reviewed the customer's complaint and our internal records and want to assure you that a resolution has been reached.

      On August 21, 2025, we issued and mailed a check to the customer for $641.96. This amount covers the cost of the original alignment, the two initial rear tires, along with the mounting, balancing. We chose this course of action due to the inconsistent tire wear in the rear of the vehicle, which was noted in our review of the case.
      We take customer feedback seriously and regret that this issue was not resolved to the customer's satisfaction at the time of their visit. We have addressed the customer service concerns internally and are taking steps to ensure our staff provides the highest level of professionalism and care.

      We believe that this reimbursement fully resolves the customer's concerns and demonstrates our commitment to standing behind our work.
