They are the absolute worst!!! I wish I could leave ZERO stars!!! Never again will I do business with this company!! I requested a loan for $1,000 because my mom passed away unexpectedly & I needed travel money. I signed the paperwork and received the money. After making my first initial payment of $258, I noticed the APR on that $1000 loan was 678.14% and once I make all of the payments, the loan will turn into a $3,355.30 loan. This is beyond insane !! I don't know how they can continue to get away with operating like this. I tried to get a lower interest rate but to no avail. Just last week I called their customer service to report my debit card was lost while I was out of state working & I would call back with the new info once I was back from my work trip since I could just walk in the bank & get a new card upon my return. They obviously didn’t make a note on my account because I kept receiving notifications from my bank that electronic transactions from eLoan warehouse were declined on my lost card. They attempted to withdraw the payment so many times in one day that my bank put a fraud alert on my account & froze the account altogether until I could return from my work trip & go to the bank to get the issue resolved. Because of this I had no access to my bank account or my money until I was back home. I have attempted to pay off this loan on several different occasions but the rate is so high that I can never afford the payoff so it’s like I’m stuck making payments on a never ending loan. I have already paid $2064 & still have several more payments left to pay. They have no compassion for life’s situations. I lost my mom & my husband both and I struggle with making ends meet just to provide for my children . But I swear I will never ever deal with this company again!! They have extremely unethical business practices & based on the other poor reviews, they shouldn’t still be allowed to conduct business this way!

I took a $500 loan and have paid back over $1000 and still have tons of payments to go. I looked up that in ********** there is a cap for the allowed APR% and this is WELL OVER that allowed amount. When I reached out to customer support, I am just left with a pending and waiting for someone to get back with me.eLoan Warehouse

Hi, if I could give them zeros stars I would!!! I was discriminated against today. I am a male transitioning to female. At the beginning of the phone call I advised the representative that I was transitioning and that I would like to be addressed as She/Her. I had to uploaded my id and a separate picture of myself holding my id. When I uploaded the requested documents the representative stated this shows ur a Man!!! Is this you in the picture!! Remind u I had to uploaded my driver license then a picture of myself holding my driver license in hand!! Who else would it be??? I am on hormones and my voice sounds womanly. Now, per the website I meet all requirements. She sent my app to underwriting and it was denied.. Never received and explanation and I would like a clear answer on why I was denied. I have great credit, good income and no other loans out and great banking history!eLoan Warehouse

I don't know how many times I have contacted customer service in regards to getting a specific date if I took out no additional funds to my line of credit and make payment what my estimated payoff date would be. NO ONE CAN EVER GIVE ME A DIRECT ANSWER. I HAVE HAD REPRESENTATIVES REACH OUT TO THEIR SUPERIORS AND STILL CANT GIVE ME A STRIAGHT ANSWER. This is sad because I have just blue trust in the past and have never had a complaint..I just don't see how you can provide a product and can't provide information. I will be paying off my credit it full and will disconnect ties. I can't keep paying on something that seems like it's not Budging.eLoan Warehouse

Eloan warehouse is the worse company to get a loan from. I received a loan for a $1000 in 2022. I was paying $221 every two weeks for about 6 months paying a total of $2652. When I go to my account online it says loan was paid off, but there started to try to take $221 out my acct everyday beginning this year **** stating I owe them $5680.18. No one should be paying that much on a $1000 loan thats ridiculous. ********* does not even allow for lenders to charge all that interest on a loan anymore thats why alot of lenders stop doing loans such as ace cash express, and payday america ect. They really should be sued for ripping people off.eLoan Warehouse

I have applied for loans with eloan warehouse several times and never had an issue. They pushed the line of credit option on me and said it was so much better than applying for the actual loan. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS. IT IS HORRIBLE. I feel like I was scammed. The only good thing about it is it is a bi-weekly payment. The interest and payment is a lot more. I was late with my payment by one day and they tried to take out the full loan amount from my bank account. I called and they said it was a glitch. $800 isn't a glitch. They did it on purpose. They couldn't say anything else. Thankfully I didn't have enough in my account for them to take that out.eLoan Warehouse
