Because we and the Tribe are entitled to sovereign immunity, you will be limited as to what claims, if any, you may be able to assert against the Tribe and us. To encourage resolution of consumer complaints, any complaint may be submitted by you or on your behalf as described in the" Terms and Conditions on its website. "Your right to file suit against us for any claim or dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement is limited by the WAIVER OF JURY TRIAL AND THE TRIBAL DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEDURE provisions that you acknowledged and agreed to in the Loan Agreement."
