    I have been a real estate broker for 35 years. Black Rhino floors was the most intimidating and unprofessional of any that I have dealt with in the course of 1000s of interactions. We contracted with them for $5000 to coat our garage floor. By their own admission, it immediately failed due to installing inferior materials. They said the right stuff wasnt available due to COVID. Nonetheless, they began to install it when my wife called me at work. They demanded payment from her or they would walk off the job leaving us with a mess. We had no choice but to pay the ******.Within days the floor disintegrated. They claimed it wasnt their fault and pushed us until the last day (30 days) before we could sue them for defective work. They came in and spot fixed the ridiculous marks that were left after parking our vehicles on them (per their instructions)..They knew the entire floor should have been ground out and done over, but they were clearly operating on a shoe string. The floor continues to deteriorate and the latest problem was reported last February. When the owner, *******************, came out he used a hunting knife to pick up the flecks after his assertion that it was dirt didnt add up. He stormed out to his truck saying he would be back when he could get to it. When I said that wasnt acceptable he got out of his truck, brandishing the same knife, and calling me names. I stood my ground and he returned to his truck and tore off. We were so intimidated.This was February 2024. He ignored my requests until finally agreeing to come back on September 10th. He would not confirm his arrival so my wife and I were left to prepare the area without assurance that they would be there. The repair they did was minimal compared to the damage. This company deserves an F rating in the BBB!I have pictures posted on their Black Rhino Floor Reviews (********). They are worth 1000 words, including the owner calling his customer vulgar

    Did my bathroom floor messed up, came back to redo -messed it up even more. Flooring was spotty, wrong color and burned through. Buried all moldings and vents under oppoxy that I had to pay another contractor to redo everything they did plus buy all moldings and vents to replace. On top of it all they are refusing to refund my deposit saying deposit is not refundable! Will never recommend anybody to use them.
