1 starAfter I purchased multiple furnitures and paid off everything since September 16, 2025, not one of these furnitures were delivered. Multiple delivery dates were already set up and all was not achieved. First was in September 24, then September 26, then October 4, then October 8. 2025. They all promised that the dates were guaranteed and the ending is it was not available at this time. Very poor communication. They said it will be delivered in any part of the country. So I purchase it in ********** ******** to be delivered in our new house in ***************. They said all is fine. After all was paid and delivery date was setproblem starts with delivery. They kept guaranteeing the date of delivery and will let you wait for the whole for nothing. They dont even call you or text you with updates. They keep you hanging for the whole day without communication and then when you call they will just tell you ohhh it was rescheduled. Thats without telling you until call them.Ashley Global Retail

1 starWe got kitchen table and chairs from them starting in July. They gave us scratched table and crooked chairs. We file several complaints to their customer service they have sent 3 different people which was also rude try to fix them and then try to tell us our floor was crooked. Which I took the chairs out and sit them any different areas they all still rocked back and forth. Which all 3 techs and deliveries people saw the problem and none of them couldnt fix them and try to blame it on our floor. Which our table doesnt rock other chairs I set where they had theirs and those chairs didnt rock. We talked to several customers service people text their AI Bots even went back to the store to resolved this. Well they send us some brand new chairs and those were worse than the first one they brought us. They rock just as bad plus scratched up. We sent those back. They are selling defective chairs and we wasnt wanting our money back we just wanted to exchange it for better chairs. Cause the ones they are selling in the store plus brand new ones are defective. We have been getting the run around for 3 months now. We are stuck with defective chairs and paid in full close $1700.00. They dont work with anyone your stuck with texting with AI robot and maybe once in blue moon someone will call. But no help from customer service or any help techs that know what they are doing. The last round they sent the supposing new chairs they where unloading where rocking as they where sitting them off the truck before they even brought in my house plus being scratched up. Talking about people say they help the military they ******* several of us. We wanting different type of chairs since these are defective its a bad product or our money back if they cant do any better. We even bought the Protection Plan and still getting ******* cause their not honoring it either. I talk to several other customers and having the same results with Ashley’s Furniture. 1 starI’m having a very bad experience with Ashley Furniture at the moment. The customer service at Ashley Furniture ******* **** ***** ***** store . I got financed and paid $56 dollars 2times from i was tole by an employee of the store and i found out on my own reaching more . They was suppose to deliver my furniture to my home while i am off work and have time on Wednesday September 23,2025 as promised . After waiting a whole week for my things . I noticed that i never ever got any confirmation letting me know anything about my delivery being one day from delivery as it suppose to be . So i called customer service and they informed me that they didn’t have any delivery on file for me at all . They said the store put my items on layaway instead of the agreement that was suppose to be guaranteed for delivery only Wednesday which is tomorrow. If I wouldn’t have called today i would have been waiting at my new place like a brand new duck just sitting wasting my ******* time again more . I contacted the store manager about 10 something that morning and he said that he would take care of it and take care of me to for their era with my purchase and shipment. I kept calling and each time he said he was working on it was almost finish getting everything straight. How bout this guy stopped answering the store phone even customer service said the same exact thing and i was ****** so i decided to drive and waste my time gas back to the store . Once I got there and asked for him and the lady that does the financing , both was gone home for the day leaving me empty handed with no information after telling me all **** day they was fixing everything giving out my personal information out over the phone knowing better than that . But that’s on me both ways for even ******* with this store putting me in a **** bind messing my whole week up . I’m really ****** the **** *** excuse my French but it’s not professional business and good leadership at all . And I’m going back to them earlyAshley Global Retail

1 star9/15/25 We have had several employees from Ashley’s Warranty department state to us, this was a store level mistake and the store should take care of this problem. These were all recorded lines by Ashley furniture. Bailey ** a warranty specialist also already stated she had corrected the original invoice to reflect the wedge being cover by the extended warranty. I received a call for a corporate solutions specialist Angela *.. Mrs Angela informed me there was nothing they can do because the manufacturers warranty had already ended. Even know we bought the extended warranty from Ashley. Mrs Angela is telling me this is an Extend Warranty problem and when we exchanged the original couch. It was our fault for not contacting them to update the extended warranty. When I asked to speak to Mrs. Angela’s supervisor, she stated there was no one else to speak to. Nor would she call any of the other specialists I spoke to, to figure out why they are telling me this is the stores fault. Apparently, lying to customers goes all the way up the chain. Come to find out Angela does have a supervisor I can speak to. 9/12/2025 Still no conclusion to a broken couch. After multiple more phone calls still we get directed back to the store. Then the store sends us back to warranty department . After 1-1/2 phone calls with no profanity or rudeness. I finally got to a supervisor, Rob. Who decided to hang up on me because I asked him if I was speaking to the warranty department and asking to make a three way call with the store. Which we have done multiple 3-way calls with already. We purchased the extended warranty on a 3 piece couch. On July 7 the wedge broke, it is now August 19 and still we do not have a replacement wedge. They have ******* up on countless stages of paperwork. We have been on 4-3way phone calls and nothing gets done. It’s, you need to submit a corrected invoice and make another claim. You need to call so and so. Then when you call, you get another run around.Ashley Global Retail

1 starI have had a horrible experience with Ashley Furniture I bought a couch last year from Ashley furniture store along with the extended warranty for five years. I have been trying to get my couch taken care of for eight months now Ashley furniture refers me to the extended warranty company the extended war company then tells me to go to Ashley because I still have a warranty and then for back-and-forth I’ve had three technicians come and go with no results coming the extended warranty place close my claim because they were bought out and never told me. I had a technician named Lloyd come out to put new material on my couch, which I was sent by Ashley, but it was two rights instead of right in the left so that was wrong. The technician Lloyd was rude from the minute. He walked into my house until he left so he was looking at the material and told me I had two rights not left and right and then when we took the pillows off the couch yes, there were crumbs on the bottom of the crack he says it’s it’s mold. I said no it’s not it’s crumbs. He says he takes a picture And says I have to go talk to my supervisor. While he went to talk to his supervisor, I vacuumed the couch and also washed it with soap and water. There was no mold when Lloyd came back to tell me he was not going to touch the couch. I told him to come look at it because I cleaned it, and there was no mold on that couch. He would not even come in and look at the couch again And when I called Ashley, they told me there’s nothing they can do because the couch had mold, even though I showed them the pictures that it did not have mold so now I’m trying with the warranty company, but who knows what’s gonna happen with that? I’m not holding my breath I would advise anybody considering buying From Ashley, not to I never had any trouble with any other furniture store I have bought from I always take out the extended warranty. 1 starOn 5/25/25, my husband and I visited Ashley Furniture in ************, ** to look for kitchen stools. While we were there, a sales person (Leann ********) offered to show us some mattresses and pillows we were also interested in. After looking at these items she suggested I apply for the credit card, which I did, but was not ready to make a purchase because we were still looking at other stores. I was approved for the credit card, but no account number was given that day and we left the store without making a purchase. I received the credit card in the mail about a week later and two weeks after that, received a bill in the amount of $411.33. I called the store to let them know I had not purchased anything and was still being charged. We went to the store that day and requested to speak to Leann to let her know what happened. Leann acknowledged that we came in, applied for the credit card and did not make any purchases. She advised us to call ********* Bank, which I did and opened a fraud investigation. I submitted paperwork with details and eventually received a letter stating the charges had been cleared as no purchase was made. I still had a balance of $8.39 for interest and I called ********* again to say I should not need to pay since the amount had been cleared and they sent us a check for $8.39. After receiving the letter, we decided to close our credit card account with Ashley and requested a letter in writing to say the account had been closed. I received the letter on 8/14/25. A week later we received another letter from ********* stating that the fraud team was unable to approve it because I either authorized or benefited from the purchase. I called ********* fraud department and was told they would open another fraud investigation. We never purchased or received anything from Ashley Furniture and need this case to be closed. I do not want it to impact my credit, and I continue to be falsely accused of making a purchase I did not make.Ashley Global Retail

1 starUpdate- We will NEVER purchase from Ashley Furniture in ********* again. Actually any if their stores. The salesman, the manager and customer service were horrible. We received 1 recliner on June 13th and was told from customer service every few days that the other recliner and sofa would be delivered in a few days. We gave our furniture away early on based on their delivery dates. We basically had 1 recliner and a lawn chair for 2 months. They would call and schedule delivery, Only for it to be canceled and rescheduled again a few days later. This went in over a month. After a month they said they figured out the problem, They put an invalid warehouse address that did not exist so delivery kept getting bumped from their system m. Also, They said they had to get someone to go to the main headquarters in ********* to get the delivery address changed. Physically go.?? The salesman promised the delivery fee was going to be removed(lie) He and a manager also said they would take an additional 15 percent off for our troubles. (Another lie) The next day they called back to say the guy that said that the night before no longer worked there and they were not going to honor it. By the end of the day they did agree that they would honor it and they also knew they were being recorded. After that, they said they were emailing different departments in ********* and the departments denied the requests. Don’t promise something if you do not have the authority to do so. It did take a little over 2 months to get everything delivered because of their stupidity. Being without furniture for over 2 months was bad but what made it 100xs worse was their bs stories/lies that they thought we were stupid enough to believe. There were many many other excuses. I hope our experience helps you when you are in the process of looking for furniture! ??

1 starI went to Ashley furniture store on ********* in ********. Let me tell you something right now, if you're thinking about purchasing furniture at this place keep driving!!! I purchased a sofa and loveseat. When I went to go pick up the furniture on ** **** and *******, the gentleman who was delivering the furniture at the warehouse actually dropped my sofa on the cement and then put it back on the lift. When I got it home and before I moved it into the house, I unwrap the plastic and all three of the legs on the love seat were ground down like they were drug across the cement. One of the legs was completely busted off leaving nothing but a screw sticking out of the bottom of the furniture. If you have hardwood floors like I do, like I said keep driving past this furniture store! I purchased her two year warranty which did absolutely nothing! You can't contact anyone who will answer the phone and talk to you. After I did file a complaint, nothing has been resolved and it's been over a month. They informed me that they will mail me the extra legs in the mail and that I have to put them on myself! No matter what you do, do not be buying anything, and I mean ANYTHING from this store. 1 starPower Lift Recliner delivered and setup by Ashley's so called white glove personnel. Recliner delivered damaged. After 2 weeks communicating with claims department part replacement was delivered. Scheduled repair with claim's department and when repair man arrived he discovered replacement part was not the correct part to make repairs. I have been communicating with both Ashley Store **************************************************************************** and ***************** and nothing has been resolved as of September 9, 2025. Recliner delivery on August 14, 2025. It is almost a month and issue has not been resolved as of 9-5-2025.Ashley Global Retail

1 starAshley Furniture in *********** engages in **unlawful and unethical business practices**. On May 23, 2025, I experienced blatant consumer fraud at their *** **************** location. Their salesman and supervisor **substituted products without consent, slipped in unauthorized warranty charges by manipulating the receipt, and even replaced a $1,000 recliner my disabled husband picked with a cheaper $500 model**.When I questioned these practices, they refused to provide the original receipt, treated me with hostility, and I was ultimately **escorted out of the store by an employee** instead of being treated fairly as a paying customer.The receipt itself shows inflated charges and protection plans I never agreed to. These are **fraudulent, deceptive sales tactics** that violate consumer rights and basic standards of honesty.I have filed a formal **Notice of Tort** against Ashley for fraudulent sales, misrepresentation, and unfair trade practices, and I am demanding preservation of their surveillance footage as evidence.If you value your money, your dignity, or fair treatment, **do not shop at Ashley Furniture**.
