    We placed an order in the spring of 2021 from Trends Auto for an expensive part on ******. This month, we had an issue with the part and needed a replacement. The part had a lifetime warranty and Trends Auto was able to connect me with the manufacturer in order to facilitate a replacement. They were efficient in getting us a new part and very good with communication. We communicated mostly through ****** and once or twice on the phone. During this process I came to check reviews on BBB to see how likely it would be for me to actually see a replacement part/get a refund and I was not confident due to the negative reviews. I write this review as a counter to the negative ones because I had no issue with them.

    Ordered 2 shock absorbers and they only sent 1. They refused a refund or to send the missing part. They are scammers. Stay away

    Ordered a black seat harness for my polaris rzr. The first package I received was silver in color. After returning it and contacting them 2 days later. They said the correct one will ship that day. I asked for a tracking number 2 days later and was told it was shipping on that day. 2 more days went by. I asked for a tracking number again. The package came that day. I opened it and it was orange in color. Do not buy from Trends Auto
