    This seller is highly unethical and a scammer. Buyer beware. Expect a wrong product and an expensive return process with really absurd customer service. They should be banned from ****** and other sites.

    ****** shipped the wrong product and would not take responsibility. I opened it later than the amazon return policy, it was the wrong item. This was a $200 hitch receiver. Vendor offered to give me 50% restocking fee return if I paid for the shipping, which is very close to the cost for average person. Vendor completely relied on policy arguments and made no meaningful attempt to correct their mistake.

    Ordered set of front and rear shocks and they only sent rear. Did contact them week later to get missing front ones support costumer refused to even work with me . They are scammers, stay away from Trends Auto

    Purchased shocks on ****** for my truck. Title and description are descript enough that led me to believe they will fit my truck. Turns out the only fit the 4wd Version and not the 2wd. After contacting them, they state they would accept them back, but I am on the hook for shipping. Told me "the title clearly states 4wd." Sent them a screenshot showing it does not as well as their description. they said it was clear enough and couldn't cover shipping. After going through ****** to help i was told to work with them directly since they are a 3rd party seller. came here to complain and was surprised to see lots of similar issues from other people. paid 400 for the shocks. Going to cost me 75$ to ship back to get a partial refund. Horrible customer service. But hey at least they gave me a free sticker with my purchase!!

    Please save your money and buy directly from the manufacturer. I also purchased from Trends Auto on ****** and never received my item. They refused to issue a refund or replacement and have been unhelpful throughout the process. Their customer service is atrocious. This seller should be banned from selling on ****** due to their unethical business practices. If nothing else, I hope they will consider this feedback and strive to treat future customers with better care.

    I'm not sure how this seller has a good rating on ******. Maybe because the product they are selling is great? I ordered a complete clutch kit. They sent me a kit without the flywheel. I notified them and they didn't respond. I sent back the kit, they refunded me half the money and called it a restocking fee. When I questioned them about the fee they sent me a picture of a tiny scuff on the clutch cover. They claimed it had been installed. I saw said scuff when I received it. It prompted me to inspect the pressure plate to make sure it had no abrasions which would indicate prior use. The pressure plate still had a plastic covering on it and showed no sign of use. It's ludicrous to charge me $280 for a tiny scuff on an item that will never see the light of day once installed. Its not an art piece. It seemed as though they were blatantly trying to scam me. I've been ordering items from ****** since 2016 and have never been scammed before. I recommended ****** pull their contract with this seller. We will see.

    Ordered a Gen Y hitch through them. After putting it on camper, realized it wasn’t the correct size. Returned for refund through ******. They only gave me 50% refund stating it was a restocking fee. Never said anything on ****** about restocking fee plus I had to pay $200 to return. Never buy anything from this place. Worst customer service ever!!!

    I purchased a pair new shocks. When I received the pair I installed one. Then realized after removing the other side that ,the new shock didn't work. Now they want me to pull the good shock back off. Then send them both back for a refund and refuse to simply send a replacement for the one. And trend auto will not accept the one broken shock unless I send both back.

    I order shocks for my truck from amazon and when i pulled these shocks up it did not say for a 4" lift and said they would fit my truck. We installed them and found out they were the wrong shocks. I returned them and they would only give me half of the cost of these shocks even though i didn't even put one mile on them. I will never buy for this company again.
