    Nothing but problems. They assigned ***** to come out. The refrigerator was at least cooling before they came out. A couple hours after the repairman left I noticed that the refrigerator was warm and had stopped cooling. I called Asurion back and asked that ***** come back out. Instead Asurion made an error (they admitted this) and assigned it to another company. Understandably, the second company didn't want to be in the middle of it. So I called Asurion back to let them know. Now, they are saying that they reassigned it to ***** at my request. Then it gets canceled with ***** somehow. The second company was then willing to come out. After that visit Asurion cancels their work order and assigned it back to *****, also claiming that it was at my request. ***** ordered a bunch of parts from the first visit that were shipped to me and arrived right before the second company had come out. The second company diagnosed it with a completely different problem - the compressor is bad. They can't tell if that is the only thing wrong because the compressor needs to be installed and then rechecked. Today is day 16. No end in sight. Asurion is completely unconcerned about this problem, or their mistakes. It is the middle of summer. They won't supply a rental, they won't do anything to speed this along and they say that they can keep ordering parts and coming back out as many times as necessary with no deadline. I lost over $1,000.00 in food because the freezer and refrigerator were full. They will only allow up to $300.00 in food replacement. They try saying that you have to give them receipts for all of the food that was lost. Who keeps food receipts?! When pushed they send a form and ask for photos. I had already sent photos and a detailed list of most of the food. I never sent the rest of the photos or list because they wanted the form. The form doesn't even allow you to fill in all categories of foods. Avoid Asurion at all costs.

    Scam alert! We recently had an appliance technician from Asurion out to our home. Instead of repairing the appliance, Sold us a coverage policy that would cover it for free if we waited 30 days. When my wife attempted to schedule Asurion back out on the 30th day, Asurion told her it was 31 days. They flagged her account so that no coverage could ever be provided on that particular cook top. We lost the money we spent on the policy and now have to find another appliance repair. Asurion is a fraudulent company. Be aware of this when thinking of doing business with them.

    the worst company that could have existed. I've been there for 3 months and they still haven't come to see the team. My recommendation is that you do not buy from them. They are liars. They are not reliable.

    Scammers!!! Scammers !!!! Stay away!!!!! My wife called this company and explained we need a new heating element for our ******* drier. They said the cost for the service is usually between $150-250. They come out and tell her that the cost for repair will be $450. When she asks about the initial conversation on the repair cost they explain this is only for labor and that the material will cost more. $200 more. The part is $26 bucks on Amazon. She called me and explained what going on, I looked up this company, and look what I found an Identical review left by someone else a few months ago. We told them to kick rocks. "total rip-off.... I can only say do your homework before calling them or allowing them to do any work. Here's my experience... My ******* dryer was not heating and i assumed it was the heating element which i knew fromamazon.comwould cost me 25 bucks. I called asurion and for a hundred bucks they assured me that indeed it was my heating element, and that they would fix it for over $400!!! They were charging approximately $250 for a part that costs $25, and the rest for labor."This is the reply from Asurion below "Hello. Our mission is to offer quality repairs at the best price. Most repairs are around $150 plus the cost of any parts."

    I signed up for home + but I am being billed for the home + entertainment and my account shows I have home + but I do not actually have it which means Im lacking the coverage I expected

    Asurion appliance is one the WORST program. They have the worst customer service and very bad technicians. It took them one month to try diagnose our washing machine and still could not fix it. They charged ** $150 plus parts and washing machine still doesnot work. If you call them, you need to wait for long time and keep transferring you to wrong department. Overall they need to invest in serious training their employees from customer service person taking the calls to technicians who are working in the field. Honestly, I am warning you to save you the frustration dealing with an incompetent company.

    This place is a class action lawsuit waiting to happen!!!I agree with the zero star ratings! Asurion Appliance + is terrible coverage. After paying the premium for 2 years on a policy that was to repair or replace any of my appliances, and paying the $99 service fee...I received $400 to replace a dishwasher they could not find someone certified to repair!!! This came after months without a working dishwasher, numerous failed attempts to send a repairman and countless calls by me and my husband to Asurion - note they always promised to have a "supervisor" call back or email ** which never happened. This company indicated in their contract they would replace an appliance if they couldn't repair it. Several paragraphs later the contract states that Asurion will determine the replacement value. What a joke!

    ZERO STARS!!!! I HAVE HAD 3 CLAIMS ON MY WASHER BACK TO BACK FOR 2 YEARS. THEY CAME OUT TWO WEEKS AGO AND CAME FOR 10 MINS TO CHECK THE PROBLEM AND ORDER PARTS. SAID THEY WILL BE BACK NEXT WEEK. THAT FOLLOWING WEEK THEY MADE US STAY HOME FROM WORK FOR THEIR TIME FRAME AND THEY NEVER SHOWED UP, IN FACT THEY RESCHEDULED WITH NO CALL. THEY FINALLY RESCHEDULED TO THIS WEEK AND TIME FRAME WINDOW WAS 9am-1pm AND ONCE AGAIN WE STAYED HOME FROM WORK AND NO **** ARRIVED. I CALLED THEM YELLING AT THEM AND NOW ALL OF A SUDDEN THE **** IS DELAYED???? THEY SHOULD COMPENSATE ME FOR MISSING WORK . THEY TAKE NO ACCOUNTABILITY AND THEY CLEARLY DO NOT CARE THAT CLIENTS HAVE BEEN WITHOUT A WASHER FOR WEEKS. THIS HAS PUT ME UNDER SO MUCH STRESS I WANT TO THROW MY WASHER TO THE **** AND WANT A REFUND BUT THEY WONT!!!!!! HORRIBLE COMPANY, HORRIBLE SERVICE. ABSOLUTELY SICKENING WHAT THEY DO TO PEOPLE.
