I will not use 4 Corners again and will be sure to share our bad customer service experience with any asking about transport companies moving forward. 4 Corners provided very little info throughout the process, a minimal checklist to prep the vehicle, and when I requested the policy for the carrier for prepping the vehicle and they never responded. I left a spare tire in the spare tire case in the trunk b/c it was allowed for *** and since they did not respond to request for the policy, I used the *** as a guide. My car was rejected at the port due to the spare tire. When I asked why they did not provide the policy info for the contracted carrier as requested, **** and ***** both responded immediately with a very rude and unprofessional behavior. They even blamed me for owning an electric vehicle that made them incur an extra fee on, this is not my fault. I understand that mishaps happen, but their attitude was completely unacceptable.

This review is totally without merit- *** 18 years we have provided a checklist to all ****** customers that is very clear-No personal or loose items in the vehicle- This is not our requirement it is the requirement of the port of ********** and ****** Navigation- To call us rude in stating fact and reiterating this to the client before shipment 3 times. One at sign up, the second at the time of assignment and the third by emailing her the checklist at sign-up-

We are considered rude when we show her all of the communications.  We were not rude, we explained to her that her vehicle will be rejected at the port because she has a boxed tire in the vehicle. The carrier we hired can forward her the tire, and we informed her of that.

So to conclude- She was informed, she confirmed she received the email, but becuase she chose to ignore the 3 warnings about no personal or loose items her best move is to place a meritless rating on the BBB

We take pride in serving our military and their needs.  This is the only instance in 18 years where we have had a client ignore the checklist and instructions.

here is the checklist that was emailed to her.

PS- We did not blame here for having an electric vehicle- We informed her that ****** had instituted a $300.00 surcharge of electric vehicles after she had already contracted with us- I told her we absorbed that cost because we honor our pricing no matter the circumstances- Isn't that a good thing?
