    I contracted 4 Corners Transportation Services to ship a vehicle from ******* to *******************. *** services were paid upfront. *** shipping timeline was to be dropped-off on 14 May, and delivered around the 5 June. At the dock on drop-off day, I was informed the Matsons vessel had experienced issues and would not be departing as scheduled, the next departure would be at the end of May. I contacted 4 Corners to inform them the schedule would not work, 4 Corners promptly secured an alternate vessel with *****, dropping the vehicle on *************************************** about 8 June. *** vehicle was dropped-off as scheduled, arrived to ********* around 30 May, and it has been sitting there for over two weeks. I have asked several times to provide an estimated arrival window with no success, the responses are vague with no details other than we are working hard to secure transportation, and that I will be the first one to know when.I continue to ask for status update every 2 to 3 days as I have to rent a vehicle for about $55-$70 per day. *** phone calls, emails, and texts are often not answered. *** few responses I did receive have been:4 June: *** pickup window oft of the port of ********* is 1-5 business days- We should have some news soon 7 June: sill working on it-10 June: via phone with *****, the vehicle was taken off vessel on 5 June, we should be securing transport soon 14 June: *** Phone with ****, still working it no timeline. ***re is a multitude of vehicles waiting to be cleared to arrange transportation. He is paying storage fees out of his own pocket, and that he is also financially impacted for the delay as he has to pay storage fees. He will let me know first when something happens.I am concerned this complaint will make things worse. But at this time I have no recourse in this matter other than wait and pay for rental. What I am asking 4 Corners is to communicate the issues, provide updates, and deliver vehicle within a week

    we are working diligently to secure a carrier for our client-  We have put a good price on the load and should have a carrier soon

    He explained the circumstances we are facing- We have done all we can to  in regard to arranging new boat transport and still holding his price

    In May, we paid for our vehicle to shipped from ******** to ******, ** to begin on July 5. We were notified less than a week before that the date would be changed to July 6 because of a port closure. We had tickets to fly out on July 5. No accommodations were made and we had to change our travel dates at our expense. The vehicle was dropped off on July 6. It arrived in port in ********** on August 1. We have been constantly emailing the point of contact and the car hasnt moved. Two weeks have passed, we are renting a car and paying out of pocket waiting for the arrival of our vehicle with no update and no movement. Please assist in delivering our vehicle.

    We have secured a carrier out of ********** ** to ****** **

    With the many port issues and number of vehicles backlogged in ********** going east this was a difficult load- We were responsible for storage, and we added $300.00 to the initial carrier fee at our expense to get this expedited- This order was booked before th current gas crisis, and we absorbed that cost for our client

     

    -I talked to ***************** this morning and informed him of pick up no later tomorrow and a delivery estimated for this Fridays- days on the transport- The typical transport time is   from **-**

    I am rejecting this response because:You take no accountability for the vehicle sitting in a parking lot for almost two weeks after being released from the port. In fact, until I filed a complaint we had never received a phone call. This comes after we had to adjust the drop off date for a port closure that no one told us about until we were within a week of moving. The car arrived yesterday evening, rust, dirt on the interior and a door ding and instead of again taking responsibility, you have told the carrier that you wont compensate him. This is the individual (two car carrier) that just drove across the country and delivered the vehicle in three days. Likely the damage occurred while the car was sitting in port which we also have the air tag data to support. I am requesting a manager call from Four Corners as this service level is unacceptable for all involved.

    His assertations are completely wrong-Period

     

    We spoke to this client numerous times and did everything in our power to move the vehicle as quickly as possible- including adding $300.00 of our own personal money to get it out of the port as quickly as possible- No other broker would do that

    The carrier is the responsible party for the damage- The fact that they showed up with no paperwork seems to have had no effect on your judgement- They are required to do full inspections at both pickup and delivery for insurance purposes- We told the carrier that the terms for payments is a signed BOL and invoice AFTER OUR THREAT THEY REUTURNED TO THE CUSTOMER AND DID THE INSPECTION!!!!  They have sent an invoice and have been paid

     

    We are assisting ****************** on the damage claim to make his vehicle whole
