I hope I can save someone else money and frustration by not hiring J.C. Fry Construction. There have been so many issues with the work he performed. 1. Leak in the wall due to unsoldered shower pipe. 2. Moisture in attic because no vent was installed for bathroom fan. 3. Failing grout falling out in chunks. 4. Heated floor stopped working. 5. Outlet stopped working. 6. Structural issues with wall bowing and sagging. 7. Replaced faucet because it was meant for a sink not a tub and took an hour to fill the bathtub (not an exaggeration ). In addition, working with him was a nightmare. He was belligerent when asked to fix errors ( window was installed crookedly, tile pattern was installed incorrectly, etc.). I wouldn’t feel safe having him work in my home. Honestly, I wish he didn’t know where we live because we are afraid of retaliation for writing a bad review. But all of the issues we have found after the job was completed has made me feel it is our obligation to warn other prospective customers.
