On March 3, 2018 I met with Dr. Dan Schneider at the Vitality Healthcare Clinic in Tacoma, Washington to obtain an initial Mesenchymal Stem Cell Therapy injection in both my knees. At this appointment with Dr. Dan Schneider I was advised I would have ongoing support and subsequent follow-up appointments to monitor my progress and need for additional treatment. For my follow-up appointment, I was referred to their new clinic in Bellingham, Washington and received subsequent injections in both knees on March 6, 2019. This treatment cost me $10,000 CDN. The Clinic’s Nurse Practitioner, Robin Jackson, indicated she would continue to monitor my progress and provide additional stem cell and PRP injections as needed. There has been no progress and I am expecting to be provided with these further injections, which I have paid for and is part of the clinic's commitment to my ongoing support and treatments. To date, Robin Jackson or anyone from Vitality Healthcare Clinic has yet to return my emails or provide a refund of my funds due to incomplete treatment. This deception and misrepresentation of their healthcare services has had a significant impact on me physically and financially.

I went to a seminar back in Nov of 2017 in Olympia Wa. Listened, was skeptical. Went to the office in Tacoma (because I live in Grays Harbor). Had a consult, they said I had bone on bone with mass arthritis. Had injections in both knees. Went to all the follow ups, worn the ace bandage wraps, did the stretches and exercises. Went to go to a followup visit in Sept. and the building was vacant! No letter saying thy moved, (they said they sent it, but I never received it) Now I call and all I get is the answering machine. I try to contact them thru the page and it will not submit. So unhappy and would really like my money back.
