I received an email from this company that my account was ready to be setup and to confirm. This is fraudulent and I never requested any information from this company nor had I ever heard of this company until now. Under the ***** (Texas Data Privacy and Security Act) I responded to ********************************** and demanded they delete my information. I received an auto response that 'they're too busy......' and to create an account and chat with their bot. No thank you. I never requested the account in the first place. I forwarded the email to ******************************** and nobody responds from that mailbox either. I called their number listed on the BBB site and a cheap answering machine says this number is no longer valid and to visit their help site which is as informative as a five year old newspaper. Can the BBB help? If anything, the BBB should create a warning for other consumers about this shady and fraudulent company. I see they already have a well deserved F rating.Initial Complaint

I am locked out of my account. Current password is rejected. Trying to reset password fails. Reporting the lockout through automated system and requesting a human fails as I a=cannot login or reset password. There is over $475 locked in the account. I was scammed. I opened a Coinme account. I put $2300 in a coin star machine. I sent out $900 of the $2300. When I realized It was a scam, I didn't send anymore of the $1400 remaining balance. I filled out a fraud report and requested a refund. They said the money was gone. But, I still had $1400 that I hadn't sent out. It was still in my account. When I went to take the balance out, Coinme locked me out of my account so I could not get out what was left of my money. So, I was scammed twice. Once by an email and once by Coinme!! Like everyone else, there aren't any people to talk directly to and their forms are a joke. You fill them out and the response is the same, "file a form and we will get back to you." So, I guess this company is about stealing people's money!Customer Answer

I have an account with ********************** and used there sell crypto for cash feature on 08/27/24 at approximately 9:50 pm for the amount of $20.00. after receiving my pick up code i went to the circle k atm to get my cash and received a message that it couldn't be completed. I then went to ********* and tried but had the same result. i then started trying to contact coinme to find out and fix the issue so that i can get my money. i submitted tickets with all information spots complete but while checking for a response tickets would be created incomplete. for the next two days i received responses on incomplete tickets that were created after the completed tickets. They don't provide a phone number on there app but i was provided one from all point atm. I tried to contact them via the number **************) provided and got a message that it was not working and to contact them by using the app AI chat service to submit a ticket. This has been completed times witch still sit in there que while the incomplete tickets have been picked a response sent to me and then closed out. when getting the first response i immediately responded while i could see the person was still active so i could get them to address my issue but as soon as i sent the message it showed it was received and then i got the message the chat had ended and to leave a review. I would like for them to refund my money including fees back to my doge wallet without any further delays. i have attempted to pick it up and don't think i should have to wait 30 days before it is automatically returned without the fees since i have done my due diligence to get the issue fixed so i can complete the transactionInitial Complaint

I went to super saver and purchased a voucher for Bitcoin. I spent about $500. Now verifying my ID on the app was a hassle and almost impossible. This company scammedme and basically told me that I had violated their policies so they were going to show me a check refund. I was scammed by an individual from CashNet USA *********************** whom promised and approved me for an ******* loan. To prove good faith (I only followed instructions via phone on all transactions) so that my loan could be deposited into my bank so I can pay my legal bills with the courts and that's how my money was involved with a COINSTAR machine which I did as instructed which is owned by COINME. For this is why I am complaining on CoinMe and want my refund. They don't have Live people to discuss my claim yet discuss issues with a chat robot. So ridiculous!Initial Complaint

Coin me is allowing scammers to use their machines for fraud I was contacted by someone who said they were the sheriff's department and that I had warrants and that I needed to pay off the court fines and I was instructed to use a coin me machine I went there and followed the instructions that were given to me and found out it was a fraud when I contacted coin me through their complaint app I was never no one ever called back no one has responded to my complaint and I they probably need the sheriff's department or the column county sheriff's department here in ************ Washington says to file a complaint with the better Business bureau stating that Queen me is allowing scammers to use their machines and so we need coin mate to contact me and the sheriff's department to see if they can find out where the money actually went to and that is my complaintInitial Complaint

I used Coinme to sell crypto (dogecoin). I sold the crypto for cash and used their feature on their app to pickup cash at atm location using a NCR pay360 cash code. It has always worked for me but this time at the atm it said transaction could not be processed. I tried at multiple atm locations and received the same error message with no funds being dispensed. After contacting their customer service multiple times I have still not received my funds and received poor customer service. The cash code expires after 30 days. I had expired and I still have not received my money! **************** is poor and is solely through online chat no phone number is provided to speak to a human being. They have stolen $300 from me.
