    BlueSquare and *********************** were excellent in the very difficult process of obtaining a mortgage as rates are climbing and lenders seem to be asking for more and more personal data. **** represented me in every facet of the transaction. He was honest, straightforward and readily answered every question we asked even when sometimes he had to go to the lender or one of their vendors (appraisers, title company, etc...) for answers. His main goal was to ensure we were not paying more money than was necessary and fortunately reviewed every document, and at times, caught errors and had them resolved. He was also available any time we needed him, even evenings and weekends and we did call him often. This is my second loan with **** and if I am in need of another, I will go to him. I have also referred others and they have had a good experience working with **** as well. The sort of customer service that is hard to come by anymore!

    *********************** is amazing. He was our guide through the entire process as we were first time home buyers in 2020. He was there to answer any question big or small, and to talk us through many many documents. He was and is kind, helpful and the person we go to still, (3 years later) if we have any issue with our lender or escrow. We recently had an issue that we tried for some time to have cleared up regarding our escrow and after I was tired of reaching out only to not hear back from Freedom Mortgage, I emailed ****. He took care of everything and the issue was resolved same day. He calls and talks you though everything he's doing, and is clear on what he needs from us. Literally, **** is one of the only people I answer the phone for because he is kind, helpful, succinct, and respectful, while simply being a joy to speak to. He is amazing and if I ever purchase another home I will be using **** no question.

    **** provided extremely high quality service to ** while purchasing our first home. He provided us daily, detailed updates on the process of pre-approval and approval. Being new to the home buying process, **** spared no explanation and was very committed to us understanding every aspect of the process. He diligently pursued the best rate and mortgage payment possible for us. Even after we had closed and settled into our home, **** was there for us to turn to when inconsistencies arose with our home owners insurance. Its a great feeling knowing we have a reliable, honest and ethical person in our corner for many years to come of owning our home. Would highly recommend **** to any prospective home buyer!
