      Amazon is double and triple charging me for things I already paid for, leaving my money in pending until the correct amount of disputed. I ordered $80 worth of stuff they charged me over $100 extra. The things I ordered are already paid for but their charges are still in pending.

      Purchase Neutrogena, delivery took a picture only the area of the packaging that is has not soaked the spilled sunscreen. I Return it to wholefoods amazon return center. They rejected and said willing to throw it away because its been spilled and leaking, suggested to take a picture of it first and call customer service for a refund. **************** said I have to wait for *************************************************************************************************** to process my refund of $9.75 This is so funny that they have make me wait ****************************************************************************************** the return center because it was spilled all over.

      If I could leave zero stars, I would. Over the course of two weeks, Amazon Shipping lost or reported as damaged 8 orders for our small company. There was no way to get in contact with Amazon to make this right. They said our company was not the recipient so we could not get order updates. However, when we asked the recipient to look in their Amazon account, they did not have access to the shipping information either. The loss totaled over $6000. The shipping company that partnered with Amazon said they themselves had issues hearing back from Amazon as well. There was nothing we could do besides eat the loss. I would never ship with Amazon Shipping again.

      On May 1st I ordered 3 macbooks from amazon and they only delivered empty packages to me. After contacting customer service, I was asked for a police report. which was sent to amazon and confirmed. Their agent said: I've processed a refund of ******** back to my original payment method. Next I received incomprehensible emails from pai, no-reply, ofm, that my account was closed for some fraud..... I was unpleasantly surprised, the company that calls itself the most loyal and customer-oriented in the world stole my order, canceled my order and closed my account for no reason (by the way, this is my first account and my first problem).I demand full restoration of access to my account(their team created hundreds of tickets to restore my account, but I received only one-word and incomprehensible answers from ofm), and a full refund for the order with 3 macbooks, and moral compensation.Sincerely, Amandar ********

      I was sold a laptop advertised at NEW and the model was advertised as 2025. However when I looked at my warranty, it showed 6 months already used! To make things worse, it was registered in ********************, so I can't even access the warranty. Someone else used my 6 months warranty for my "NEW" computer. Second, the laptop was supposed to be 2025, but when I opened the box and checked the back it clearly says 2024, despite what the Amazon listing said. ****** (the brand) has confirmed this with pictures and documents. The problem is, I can't just return this, I am in another country for work, so I can't return it without it costing a fortune! Amazon said they would give ONLY up to 150$. It won't be close to covering a *** shipment from ************* to ***... So, I am a victim of fraud now, for a company lying about laptop specs. Lying about it being new, and now I must pay for it? What kind of company is Amazon? They commit a crime, then say I will have to pay the difference. Unbelievable! They should be so embarrassed that they should cover the fees or just refund me entirely. It is criminal, I think I'm done with this criminal enterprise. Clearly, there are some sketchy dealings going on with this company. Disgusting...

      Ordered a gift card on 5-25-25 to be sent that day and now 2 days later I am told that it was never processed.I have made two calls with no satisfaction. I will NEVER do business with Amazon again.

      I had an order that was delayed 2 times to which they gave me a coupon for the order to be used on products shipped and bought by Amazon. I ordered two items within the expense of the coupon and supposedly they were delivered to my door in the afternoon. There was no knock on door, my Service Dogs didn't alert and when I checked in evening about product it said it was delivered. I went to my door to get product and there was no package there, I asked neighbors and walked both hallways and nothing and none of my neighbors had it or seen it. I proceeded to call **************** they told me I needed to wait one more night to see if it gets delivered and still nothing. I again called **************** they wanted me to do an incident report to which I completed and stated in report that I did not want refund but the product and they replied because I used a coupon issued by them they cannot issue refund. I did not want refund but my merchandise that I ordered, they proceeded and told me sorry no, so now I will cancelling my business account and personal account with them and taking my business elsewhere as this is not a world wide company I care to use who treat their members like a piece of dirt on the sidewalk. Think before you use in the world today with all the corruption and their drivers being on news stealing packages and throwing merchandise from their vehicles to your door or stashing it in bushes where it shouldn't be.

      I purchased a PlayStation 5 off of Amazon and the product was tampered with and was inaccessible. I returned the item and waited 4 months for my refund and I have yet to received it. I have emailed Amazon and I have talked to customer service and I have been lied to that I will get a follow up, a response, or finally my refund and I have not received any of those whatsoever.

      Ive been having an issue getting a refund of $49.11 since April 27th, and its still not resolved. Its been over four weeks now, and every time I reach out, Im told the same thing: theres an internal error and its being looked into. Today (May 25th), a *** even hung up on me during the call.Ive contacted Amazon four times so far, and each time Ive been on hold anywhere from 30 to 50 minutes. I also asked if the refund could be issued as an Amazon credit instead, in case there's a problem refunding to the original payment methodbut that was declined too.
