      When Amazon changes shipping date on you,this is bait and switch,and false advertisement,and when done to elderly,it's elderly abuse.time to call kettle black and class action law suit from American people,against amazon.crmes listed above are felonies,Amazon does to customers daily.
      Amazon can't change a deal after you pay,changing shipping is changing deal without you're permission, therefore this is false advertisement and bait and switch,felonies

      I bought an Amazon gift card for a friend. After using the gift card, my friend's account was inexplicably closed. I submitted evidence, but they still closed my friend's account. It's really annoying.

      On May 26, 2023, I provided my daughter with $1,500 in Amazon Gift Cards (six cards of $250 each) to purchase a MacBook Air and AppleCare through her newly opened Amazon Student Prime account. After placing the order (Order Number: *****), Amazon canceled it, requested government-issued ID for verification, and stated they would review her account within three business days. Despite providing the requested documentation, the issue persisted. On May 27, her Prime account was reinstated, and a representative assured us the account was legitimate. However, after placing a second order on May 29 (Order Number: *****), Amazon again requested ID verification. **************** provided conflicting explanations, including claims of gift card processing issues, and failed to resolve the matter despite escalating it to a supervisor. The supervisor offered no justification for the contradictory information, imposed unreasonable delays, and could not guarantee the issue would not recur, leaving us frustrated and without resolution.Key Issues 1.Improper Withholding of Funds: Amazon is holding $1,500 in gift card balances without providing a clear resolution or justification for the repeated cancellations.2.**************** representatives have provided conflicting explanations regarding the issue.3.Lack of Transparency: Amazon has failed to provide case numbers or any means for us to track the progress of the resolution. This lack of transparency has left us unable to follow up effectively.4.Unreasonable Delays: Amazon has imposed arbitrary waiting periods (initially three business days, later reduced to 24 hours) without any guarantee that the issue will be resolved or prevented from recurring.5.Violation of Consumer Rights: Amazons handling of this matter demonstrates a lack of respect for us as consumers, particularly given that the funds in question are tied to gift cards that were purchased in good faith.

      As of today, June 2, 2023, my daughter's account remains in limbo, and the funds tied to the gift cards are inaccessible. This situation has caused significant frustration and inconvenience, and Amazon's handling of this matter demonstrates a lack of respect for us as consumers.I urge Amazon to take immediate action to resolve this issue by either clearing my daughter's account and allowing her to use the gift card balances or refunding the full amount of $1,500. It is unacceptable for this matter to remain unresolved for such an extended period, and I request a prompt resolution to restore our confidence in Amazon as a retailer.

      I was treated very rudely by whoever I talked to tonight! I was very disappointed by there customer service! They didnt even listen to what I was trying to explain! I do a lot of business with Amazon, but they need to get people freindly in there **********************

      I followed the return policy perfectly. I spoke with several ***resentatives that they confirmed that they saw where *** checked in an item that I requested to return for a refund in time. I was told over the phone that it was confirmed and that if I received a charge that it would be refunded. There was nothing I could do it was sent out in the mail. I also think that it is a red flag that I was refunded before the business had the item. When I saw that I was refunded it was leading me to me believe that ok they got the item, checking it in their system and then would prompt for me to be returned. This would be typical and appropriate/professional business process. Weeks later I got an email saying they did not get my item. So I called, the *** said no problem if you accidentally get charged we will refund you, we have confirmed that you dropped it off in time. I got charged, I called back and was told that there was nothing they could do. I will never think of spending another ***** with Amazon and share my experience with my family and friends. I got defective headphones that were over 200 dollars, followed the policy and procedures to return the item and then got changed anyway and refused a refund. I do not have the item because I mailed it back properly and in time. This was too much money to come out of my account at this time furthermore after doing everything I was supposed to do the consequence goes to me? This makes no sense is a major red flag and feels like a scam at this point. I was also told no matter what it was after 30 days so the issue would not be resolved. It ended up being after 30 days because it was too late but he time I was notified that they didn't receive the item when they are the ones that created the label and refunded me before they received it.

      I tried to cancel my prime membership for 2 months and kept getting charged. I called on the third month minutes after they charged me again for something i didnt want and I was told I would be refunded for the 16.38$ I was charged even though I canceled the membership. I was told I would be refunded the entire amount and then when I go to my bank account a few minutes later they refunded half the amount. I called back again and the lady said I had used my benefits which is unbelievable cause i actually saw them charge me and called right away. Someone explain to me how i used any benefits in less then 5 minutes. The lady would not do anything and eventually just hung up on me when she couldn't provide a even half way descent answer. I never knew Amazon needed 8$ so bad that they have to scam people for it. The employees have no idea how to do their jobs and are rude and far less then helpful. Amazon use to be ok to deal with a few years ago and now they are a scam company that only cares about taking your money. I would never suggest to anyone to deal with them. I am going through and deleting all my information so they can not steal from me anymore. People beware this company is not honest and has no integrity whatsoever. If I could give negative stars I would. Absolutely horrible company that should be put out of business.

      Good morning- on Saturday 5-24-25 I ordered a small console table thats was due to deliver on 5-25-25 as Im a Prime member. It didnt arrive and I reached out to **************** on Monday *******. I was told that my order would be expedited by 8pm. It didnt and I called CS again on Tuesday, Wednesday and again today. Every time I was promised it would ship, I was told I would get a full refund, I was promised a 20 dollar credit to my account, then a 10 dollar credit and as of right now, none of this has happened. Theyve lied to me all week, I still havent received the console table and now it wont let me cancel the order. Ive canceled my Prime membership but I have no idea if Ill ever get refunded or get the table. Thank you, ******** ******

      I retired from my company and was given a gift $500 gift through Amazon. I placed 2 orders and both 65 inch televisions were damaged. I was able to ship them back and get points reversed. I spoke with 6 agents in 1 day to share my experience and 4/6 calls were disconnected. I was specifically to by Supervisor **** that its not Amazon fault to cause a customer a negative experience since I didnt have the option to schedule pick up the broken tvs had to be returned and the installer came out to mount twice and not able to sincere its broken. Absolutely no empathy or compassion for my negative customer experience.

      I was told by cs to throw the item away & that i would be refunded just to be told 3 weeks later that i would not receive a refund. ****-escalation supervisor basically told me to disregard what i was told by all the other customer service agents that i spoke with. Now I cannot even contact the manufacturer because I was told I could dispose of the item, which I did. Now I am out of $90. I was lied to. Talked down to. Argued with. Worst company to deal with when it comes to customer resolution.

      Due to living in the ****** area, the majority of my delivery people do not speak English. They certainly do not read the instructions I have clearly written for them. I have had orders not delivered because they do not read the instructions so they do not use the call box. I have had groceries left in the lobby, again because they did not read the instructions, or maybe do not know English. In fact, I have had other orders left in the lobby even though my instructions clearly say not to do this. Unfortunately I do depend on Amazon due to my circumstances. And this is totaly unacceptable.
