    We ordered a pool volley ball system and we installed it in May 2024. The customer service people were very helpful and professional in advising us what items would suit my needs. The net and poles are very good quality. We really like the rope rachet tension system for raising and lowering the net. The only small issue is the screws on the plastic ratchet are beginnning to rust. Perhaps the manufacturer should change the screws for non rusting screws in manufacturing. We are very happy with the pool volley ball system and would highly recommend it.

    Our *********** Volleyball team does a charity event every October for Breast Cancer called Dig Pink. It raises funds for the ******************** I contacted Volleyball USA about ordering a pink net for the event for our company to donate. They were very helpful and brought out that a pink net would be against regulations and could cause our team to forfeit. Our Coach requested an exemption for the pink net and was denied. Volleyball USA helped us design a regulations net that was perfect for the event. Since we couldn't have a pink net, I decided to see about doing Pink Pads with the Dig Pink logo to match the net. They once again stepped up to the plate and knocked it out of the park. We had a short timeframe and being in ****** made shipping a challenge. We got the pads and net with plenty of time to spare. I have recommended Volleyball USA to several people in the past and will continue to use and recommend them in the future. They are an outstanding company to deal with and extremally generous.

    I ordered an outdoor volleyball system April 2023. For some reason, I couldn't order it through their website (message said that it could not be shipped to my location), but I reached out via email to their customer service link. They responded right away. There was no problem ordering and shipping through a link they provided. Everything arrived in a timely fashion. Everything is very high quality (poles, straps, nets). There was one carabiner missing, but they sent one out right away. Customer service very responsive and accommodating. Corresponded mainly with ***************************- General Manager, and he has been extremely professional, quick to respond, and helpful. Highly recommend their product and want to commend their service.

    In my free time I help run a group called Angry Dragon Volleyball where we run large indoor and outdoor tournaments in *******, **. I was introduced to ***** and the team at VolleyballUSA in 2015 and we've consistently worked with them on everything from outdoor net systems, indoor net systems, boundary lines, volleyballs, and more. We've been continually impressed with the quality of their products and how durable everything has been...and we always appreciate the solid support we get when we have any questions.     We have been purchasing all our volleyball supplies from VolleyballUSA.com for the last three years. Their nets are hands down the best. We even purchased a few grass sets that are hands down superior to the *********** setup. Always quick to reply to our needs and always a competitve price. The people that work their are always friendly and willing to help. I have searched the web for other companies and stopped looking a few years ago as there is no other place to go for high quality and great customer service at a great pirce point. They have a customer for life with our youth program!!

    I am the girl's coordinator in *****. On July 28, 2022, I ordered 15 Spalding volleyballs from your company, at which time you charged my credit card $459.18, and at which time your representative said he could have the ***** for us by August 19th. When the ***** did not arrive by the 25th of August I called your company at (425)***-8835 and a gentleman by the name of **** answered. I told him the above information and he said he had to contact your supplier and he would call me back, well that did not happen. Later that day I called back myself and **** answered again at which time he put me on hold and said he had to talk to the supplier, when he came back he said they were out of orange/white ***** so I told him black/white or silver/white were fine. I also asked him to send me an invoice for what your company charged my credit card for, and I have yet to receive that! I have tried to contact your company on 9-6-22, 9-9-22, 9-13-22, and 9-15-22 and it goes straight to voicemail. On your website you say Satisfaction guaranteed but as far as I can tell that is not a true statement! I also noticed you are a member of the Better Business Bureau, and since you are, this will be my next step to resolving this issue since I have given your company a fair opportunity to rectify this matter.Thank you for your time.
