    "Although REMOVEDpromised a high level of care, she routinely rushed visits, overlooked serious issues like worsening shower mold and damaged towels, and failed to provide agreed-upon amenities, leaving guests without basics. Even after multiple meetings and reminders, nothing changedand when concerns were raised, accountability was not taken and blame was shifted."
