I am a full time working mother with a husband dealing with stage 4 cancer. So when we woke up one morning to our hot water tank leaking it was horrible! My husband got in touch with Roto Rooter & at first they were fantastic & so willing to help someone in such a financial hardship. However, when the repair man arrived and we asked if he could look at the problem & give an estimate of what it would cost to fix the problem, he literally began yelling and stormed out of my home & tried to slam my front door after he pulled it away from my husband! I would NEVER recommend this company!!
