      I got furniture delivered on December 15 and they damaged my apartment wall door and door frame and they will not fix it and I am renting this apartment. Ive been talking to them for the last three weeks and he tells me he cant do nothing about it. Can you please contact me

      On December 15, 2023 we delivered your sofa chaise to your apartment. At the time of delivery our delivery staff advised you the item you chose would not fit through your doorway. To continue with the delivery we advised we would need a release form signed, which we provided to you and is attached here, dated and signed by you. The release form states we will not be responsible for any damage that could occur to property or your item by continuing to try to get item into your home.

      After completing the paperwork and receiving your authorization we continued with the delivery, again it would not fit. We returned item to store and you came in and reselected another item which we delivered without any incident on December 18th. The item you received was for the exact amount of the items returned to store, no additional monies were collected for your second selection and delivery. You were advised of this when speaking with our customer service department. 

      We apologize for the inconvenience but we cannot be held accountable as we gave your our professional opinion that your chaise would not fit and only continue after you signed the wavier.
