I hired Closer to Nature to reinstall a patio using existing pavers and “remove 3 posts of fence/gate and reinstall gate at new raised height using new 4x4 posts and fence boards as needed” however, the communication between Joel the owner and crew seemed very problematic. The crew cut pavers around existing fence which was in the incorrect location and the cuts were poor and without precision. Joel admit he “forgot” to tell his crew about the fence work but then refused to follow through with the work. He did remove the cost however he did add on additional charges such as email communication $300 and greens removal that was never dumped in front of my garage. Despite viewing CTN work, the craftsmanship of the work I viewed as well as pictures on the website as far superior than the work I received. Some of the pavers move quite a bit and aren’t flush. Despite the unfinished work Joel is demanding payment due on 10 days with promises of interest.

We were very pleased with the services provided by Closer to Nature Landscaping. **** communicated with us well before, during and after the project was completed and he kept his word regarding having the project finished by the date we were hoping for. His crew did an excellent job implementing the somewhat complicated patio design of paving circles, and were thorough and pleasant to work with. We always felt that everyone on staff were dedicated to ensuring that the project came out the way we wanted. Finally, their bid for the project was reasonable and they kept to our budget. We would definitely recommend them for landscaping/hardscape needs.**************
